What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After our first session together, we will create a framework of your goals and how we may go about attaining those goals. We will built rapport and let the process explore. Our sessions are in a safe, private, calm setting, and you will be met with compassion, empathy, care, concern and gentle guidance.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been in the field of Substance Use Disorder (Addiction) for the past 15 years. I have worked with numerous individuals, couples and families. I am able to help educate on the intricacies of this disease, how it impacts individuals and families, and how we can all heal moving forward. The impact of Substance Use Disorder on the family system can be extensive and I have worked directly with countless families in their own healing process. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder often co-exist and it is essential to treat both parts for true healing and recovery. Having a master’s degree in mental health counseling puts me in a position to offer support in navigating the journey to a healthier you: mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and socially.
