As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy helping people navigate life's challenges to gain greater clarity, confidence and self-understanding. Many of the client's I work with are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, stress, or feeling overwhelmed. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly heard. For those who wish, I also integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know each other in a relaxed and supportive way. We'll talk about what has been weighing on you, what you hope might change, and what life has been like recently. There is no pressure to share everything all at once-we go at your pace. My goal is simply to create a safe space where you feel comfortable beginning the process.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a space where people feel genuinely understood and supported. I listen carefully and help clients connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions and life experiences. Together, we explore practical ways to move forward, build resilience and develop healthier patters that support emotional well-being and personal growth.

Together we explore patterns that may be keeping them "stuck" and develop practical strategies to shift those patterns, build coping skills and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients focus on their strengths and the changes they want to see in their lives. Instead of staying stuck in problems, we work together to identify practical steps, small goals, and existing resources that can help create meaningful progress.
Trauma Informed Care
I provide trauma-informed care by creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace while developing healthy coping skills and resilience.
Faith based therapy
For clients who desire it, I integrate faith and biblical principles into counseling to support emotional healing, personal growth, and a deeper connection between mental health and spiritual well-being.
Eclectic
I use an integrative approach that combines several evidence-based methods to meet each client's unique needs and help them develop lasting tools for practical change.
