Brittany has committed her career to creating safe, transformative spaces for healing and personal evolution. My dynamic style supports clients in navigating self-discovery, building self-worth, deepening self-love, and expanding spiritual insight. I focus on pattern disruption and long-term transformation. Brittany’s mission is to help clients pay homage to their pain—ensuring their experiences are never in vain. Through trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and existential approaches, she teaches individuals how to heal through their hurt, fostering growth that is both mental and spiritual.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about creating safety, clarity, and connection. We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from this process. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with — there is no pressure to unpack everything at once and take your time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that I do not just focus on symptom relief — I focus on pattern disruption and long-term transformation. Many of my clients are high-functioning survivors. They have learned how to push through, achieve, and perform, but internally feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. I specialize in helping individuals move out of survival mode and into intentional living.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to break cycles — especially those who have experienced trauma, abandonment, emotional neglect, or chronic stress and are tired of merely surviving. I work well with clients who: Struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or a persistent sense of overwhelm Grew up in environments marked by instability, scarcity, or unspoken family trauma Experience self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, or difficulty sustaining progress Feel emotionally “stuck” despite being high-functioning in other areas of life Want to heal childhood wounds while building healthier adult relationships Are navigating life transitions (college, career shifts, motherhood, relationship changes)
