I have been treating psychotherapy clients with cognitive behavioral treatment for 30 years. I believe that our thoughts strongly influence our attitudes and behaviors. By examining and changing our underlying thoughts, we can reduce dysfunctional attitudes and behaviors. The structured, goal-oriented approach of CBT is evidence-based and effective for a variety of psychological disorders.
