As an individual and a couples therapist, I strive to create an environment where both men and women feel comfortable and engaged in the process.

Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or your relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

First session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

I help individuals navigate the complexities of their challenges by addressing current symptoms and underlying causes.

Ideal clients

Many of my clients seek assistance with a mix of high‑functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and people‑pleasing tendencies, often masked by external success but underneath carrying chronic stress, self‑criticism, and emotional dysregulation. My clients are, generally, people who are intellectually curious, evidence‑oriented, and motivated to understand the mechanisms behind their symptoms—people who appreciate the power of knowledge, clear structure, and concrete tools (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP) rather than only open‑ended “talking.” My clients tend to be adults in their 20s–50s facing career‑related stress, relationship strain, chronic pain/health anxieties, and conflicts around control, responsibility, and “doing it all right.”

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals understand and change the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to better manage emotional challenges and improve well-being.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, providing an extensive range of coping skills and approaches to clients.

EMDR

I am also an EMDR-trained therapist, through the EMDR Institute, founded by Dr. Francine Shapiro

Just having someone to listen to me and not judge me. I feel free to talk to him about anything and I know if I need his input he will be honest and straightforward with me.
