As a trauma specialist, and very non-traditional therapist, I use both Body Work treatments & Psychotherapy to help you heal. First session, we develop rapport, introduce myself and complete an evaluation. I will also ask general questions such as your favorite color, favorite foods. Ladies, tell me about your menses cycles. I always tell my clients you guys are the boss and master of your own healing! I bring some really cool stuff to work with (that works) and you tell me "yes" or " no".
