Hello! Embarking on a therapeutic journey is a courageous step, and I am here to create a safe, non-judgmental space for your healing and growth. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression, and use evidence-based therapies like CBT and mindfulness to help you develop practical coping strategies. My goal is to empower you to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Your first session will involve a causal conversation designed to gather information and help you and I get to know one another. While it can feel intimidating, it's a foundation-building conversation, not a deep dive into every issue.
I am a compassionate and empathetic professional who communicates frankly, avoiding platitudes and quick fixes. I will support you as you take ownership of your own growth and help you identify and change destructive patterns and gain a clearer path forward.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)
I use CBT to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors by examining evidence collaboratively with my clients. I then implement cognitive restructuring and identify manageable actions to change your behavior. We will set goals and create action plans (homework) to apply new techniques between sessions, to ensure consistency and reinforcing new habits.
Motivational Interviewing
With reflective listening and empathy, we will identify stages of change and I will help identify discrepancies that are holding you back from achieving your goals.
Couples Counseling
As a neutral party, I will help guide sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflict, and identifying relationship patterns.
