I am committed to guiding you through life's challenges. I enjoy creating a therapeutic space without judgment and I utilize a conversation-based method to build therapeutic rapport. Are you struggling with relationship issues or coping with anxiety? Do you have ADHD, depression, or facing significant life stressors or changes? These are all areas I specialize in as a clinical therapist.
I provide compassionate therapy services and will tailor my approach to meet your needs. I primarily utilize CBT and person centered approaches. I believe providing a supportive and accepting environment can provide comfort while reframing our negative thought processes.
My journey into therapy started at a young age. My brother was anxious, depressed, & struggled with suicidal ideation. This experience showed me the power therapy has to help individuals with their experiences. Helping my clients see positive change in their lives is something I strive for. For my first visit. I felt i was able to open up with out the fear of being judged for the thoughts and feeling that I was having with everything. She listened very well. And gave me alot to start thinking about and working on. Which means alot to me.

Sara challenges me to think about myself . It was hard to learn that there isn't an instant fix for everything. She has taught me to trust in the process.
