I provide compassionate therapy services and will tailor my approach to meet your needs. I primarily utilize CBT and person centered approaches. I believe providing a supportive and accepting environment can provide comfort while reframing our negative thought processes.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My journey into therapy started at a young age. My brother was anxious, depressed, & struggled with suicidal ideation. This experience showed me the power therapy has to help individuals with their experiences. Helping my clients see positive change in their lives is something I strive for.
