Hi, I'm Amani!
Living in the moment means letting go of the past & not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift." -Oprah W.
I am a witness to the family stories of trauma, racism, environmental & social injustices that negatively impact family structures. This experience influenced my desire to become a clinician to support the healing process of individuals subject to historical life events & current circumstances which circumvent individuals from accessing their full potentials & their capacity to influence their lives with efficacy.
With longevity in clinical practice, I work with individuals facing life transitions, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, trauma & other issues that stymie hope and joy, desires & dreams; & life goals. Adjusting & adapting to life’s moments & experiences can be both fulfilling & challenging.
As a collaborative partner, I will assist in exploring and facing the trials that hinder moving to the next chapter of one’s life. By employing evidenced-based practices and interventions that are tailored to meet individual needs, we write that next chapter.

I work with facing a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions—and I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. Drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, I work with clients to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—whether you’re working through a difficult period or seeking deeper self-understanding and growth.
I’m Dr. Andy Davis, a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Thirteen of those years were spent serving in the U.S. Air Force, where I had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, grief, personality disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. As a sex-positive therapist, I provide a safe and affirming environment for clients to explore sensitive areas of their lives without fear of judgment.
My therapeutic style is both solutions-focused and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe therapy should be proactive and goal-driven, helping clients not only gain insight but also develop strategies for change. Clients often describe me as direct and honest, while also compassionate and collaborative—I strive to give practical feedback and advice that can be applied both in and outside of sessions.
I especially enjoy working with veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and young adults. These groups often face unique challenges, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s complexities.
In addition to my clinical work, I have an extensive background in clinical research. While serving in the Air Force, I conducted sleep studies and developed modern treatment approaches for PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. This research continues to inform my practice, and I place strong emphasis on developing healthy routines, quality sleep schedules, and consistent self-care as foundations for mental health. I often work with clients to build structure into daily life, recognizing these habits play a powerful role in resilience and long-term well-being.
Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to face challenges, discover new perspectives, and build lasting resilience.
I know from experience that looking for a therapist could be stressful. If you are here then you are on the right path and I am here to walk it with you. My name is Marypaz Garrdea. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference” Virginia Satir.
My approach to therapy is to help each client or couple adapt and grow from life's circumstances. I help my clients thrive within their community and experience a grounded and vital sense of connectedness to self and all others. I am a firm believer that there are not bad parts / people, only bad roles, patterns and wounds. There is always hope for growth, healing and reclaiming vitality and connection. I utilize a holistic approach that embraces one's intersections and addresses mental, emotional, and somatic (bodily) experiences.
My name is Uchechi Alozie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is seeing my client within their environment and not just the issues they are presenting. My approach is trying to aid my clients holistically. I have worked with family units for more than 10 years. And have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness for 6 years.
I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting, working with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness.
Whether you are struggling with sadness, finding the energy to do things in life, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, trauma, unhealthy coping, or even masking your emotions; you are capable and you can heal. I truly believe that most people will do well when they know how to do well. It's hard to ask for help and it's hard to accept the help. We just get stuck in the quick fix, easiest option, or the least emotionally draining route. My style towards therapy is direct, relational, and authentic. I won't sugar coat things or tell you what you "want" to hear, and I hope the same from you. This is about you and for you.

In 2017, I received my Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. I have been practicing as a social worker for 9 years. A little about me, personally: I identify as an artist and child of the earth, as diaspora has scattered my ancestors across the Arab world, Africa, Europe, and North America. I am fascinated by intersectionality and the powerful ways that resilience shapes our multi-hyphenate individuality. It is important that I take care of myself so that I can be a pillar of support to my clients. The way that I release painful feelings is by channeling them into creative projects. I also work hard to stay connected to my body and my surroundings. Whether it’s through writing, building clay sculptures, beading, or making collages, self-expression is a healing practice. I encourage everyone to play a little bit!

My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities.
My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.
Hi there, I'm Alicia.
Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing.
I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states.
I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.
