I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and past trauma. With many issues in life, individuals sometimes need help healing. When they begin the therapy process, they begin to understand their true self-value.

In the first session, I always explore what the individual wants to focus on in therapy.
