Hello, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the University Antioch Los Angeles and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults at different stages of life and transitions who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma to help nurture and restore a sense of balance. My approach to working with clients is centered around the individual as a whole - recognizing intrinsic uniqueness and reinforcing inner strength – supporting an individuals innate ability to grow and thrive.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions that best addresses your symptoms.
Having worked in different therapeutic capacities for over 9 years, I've developed a welcoming and safe environment to help restore balance and stability for you. (a) I collaborate with the client to identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress and overall growth.
I really enjoy working with adults who are looking for guidance and support with life transitions. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers and relationships.
I use an eclectic to method in session to have flexibility to meet each clients unique needs and provide support that best fits each clients symptoms.

I find my session as a safe space were I can talk about life, a space where I can find clarity and peace for my present and definitely building and learning new tools. Sam makes therapy feels natural and fun.
