I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with approximately 15 years of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through emotional and psychological challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based clinical practices while also honoring the importance of values, identity, and spiritual belief. For clients who desire it, I integrate Biblical principles and a Christian worldview into therapy in a thoughtful, respectful, and clinically appropriate way.
Our first session will focus on what brought you in to counseling, getting to know you and giving you an opportunity get to know me. You are the expert in your life and together we will co-create the focus of our work together.
I specialize in working with young men and adult men facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. I have supported individuals in reducing anxiety and overwhelm, working through depression, processing trauma, developing practical coping skills, strengthening identity and purpose, and connecting psychological growth with spiritual renewal.
Many men feel pressure to manage stress, emotions, and life responsibilities on their own. Anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma can quietly impact relationships, confidence, and overall well-being. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, reflect, and rediscover purpose and direction.
