I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with approximately 15 years of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through emotional and psychological challenges. I have supported individuals in reducing anxiety and overwhelm, working through depression, processing trauma, developing practical coping skills, strengthening identity and purpose, and connecting psychological growth with spiritual renewal.
