What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll take the time to gather background information and begin understanding how you feel and see yourself. We'll also explore the changes you’d like to make in your life. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling both empowered and at ease.

I’ve personally struggled with depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of low self-esteem and self-worth, which once held me back from making healthy choices and forming meaningful relationships. Over the years, I’ve learned how to manage these challenges and shift my perspective on life. I’m here to help you do the same!
