Hi, my name is Nicole! Do you struggle with overwhelming thoughts and feelings? Do you feel stuck and not progressing to your natural potential? I've been there, and want to help you break free from the prison you feel trapped in. I help people, just like you, find a balance in their life, nurture self-love, and learn to let go of anger and resentments that are holding you back. Together, we can find and build on your strengths, create healthy relationships, and manage negative thoughts and feelings. We will dive in to identify patterns of behavior that we have learned over time that are inhibiting us from moving forward or making the same mistakes over and over again. I use a blunt approach with a healthy sense of humor, to help you live the life you want and deserve! The work can be difficult, but, oh so worth it! Let's make changes together!
Clients can expect to begin to lessen their symptoms by utilizing healthy coping skills and begin to start feeling better about who they are. We will further start to understand why we do the things we do. That helps us change our beliefs and behaviors to lead us to a more fulfilling life.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety throughout my life. I have also had incredibly low self-esteem and low self-worth which inhibited my ability to make healthy choices for myself and to form healthy relationships with others. I have learned over the years how to manage these symptoms better and to change my perspective on life. I can help you do the same!
