I support clients who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and long-standing unresolved challenges by helping them explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and safety. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, trust your inner voice. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify goals that matter most to you whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, addressing unresolved challenges, or figuring out what’s next when you’re ready for change but unsure where to begin. I primarily integrate evidence-based therapeutic methods, with EMDR as the central approach guiding the treatment process
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is a space for us to get to know one another and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. It’s completely normal to feel nervous. Therapy is a process we will build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide and support you throughout the journey
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strengths as a therapist include providing trauma-informed care with extensive experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds. I am a trauma-focused clinician trained in EMDR, helping clients process unresolved experiences and shift patterns that feel persistent or difficult to change. I naturally meet clients where they are with warmth and empathy, while also offering thoughtful challenge to support meaningful growth. I create a collaborative, safe space that encourages both healing and lasting change.

My focus is on helping you feel stronger, more grounded, and better able to handle what life throws your way. I’m here to help you make sense of your pain and turn it into real healing and growth. Together, we’ll work on getting you back to a place where you feel secure, confident, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
