Hello, I’m Corrine. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely understandable. It can also be the beginning of meaningful growth and change. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Side by side, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that influence how you relate to others and how you show up in your life. By connecting your past experiences with what’s happening now, our goal will be to uncover what’s no longer serving you and begin healing the roots of anxiety, depression, or trauma. My hope is to help you develop healthy ways to cope, build stronger relationships, and feel more confident and grounded as you move forward—so you can live with greater clarity, ease, self-trust and a sense of agency over your life.
Our first meeting will be all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, any past experiences you’ve had, and your hopes for our work together. We'll take time to learn about your strengths, your story, and the unique qualities that make you who you are. This is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.
I believe lasting change comes from consistency. You can expect me to show up fully present and prepared, creating a dependable space where you feel supported. My aim is to work alongside you with care and commitment as you move forward.
I work with adults who are navigating life’s transitions, facing emotional challenges, and seeking meaningful personal growth. My ideal client approaches therapy with openness and curiosity, even when the process feels challenging. Together, we create a supportive space for exploration, resilience, and lasting change.
Trauma Informed Care
During assessment, I consider past experiences and trauma to better understand their impact on current well-being. I recognize that these experiences shape thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My approach prioritizes a safe, supportive space where this understanding guides treatment and fosters healing and resilience.
Psychodynamic
I work collaboratively to explore current and past patterns of relating to others and engaging with the world. Together, we examine behaviors, relationships, and interpretations of significant life experiences to build insight and understanding. This process highlights patterns that have supported or limited you and creates space to consider meaningful change.
Interpersonal
I focus on helping you navigate challenges such as relationship difficulties, role transitions, and boundary setting. Together, we explore these areas and, when appropriate, build communication skills that support healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

There is so much more that I can say about Corrine. She is compassionate, warm, solutions oriented, intelligent, curious... I can go on and on. I feel listened, seen, and validated, and helped in understanding how my experiences have shaped how I think and behave, and finding solutions for those behaviors and thought patterns that aren't useful anymore. She takes a holistic approach without getting stuck in the past.
