First session
During our first session, I offer a safe space and environment to express and share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. During this session, we will discuss and collaborate on treatment goals.
Strengths
Primarily treat individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustments, grief, and history of trauma. I have experience working outpatient with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, depression, mood disorders, and anxiety.
