My work will help you recognize the power within you & source( whatever you believe in is totally okay in my world, I respect all) and trusting that it all works out the way it should! I have also faced my own life challenges, moved across the country to my dream states and more, which I believe has taught me to have more compassion and an open mind. Hence, why I always state I am a human first. I especially love working with empaths and highly sensitive women in their 20’s and 30’s! My jam is helping empathic and highly sensitive (HSP) women navigate life transitions, narcissistic abuse, mindset, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, boundary setting and empowerment.

Always had camera off, was very preachy (often bringing some kind of higher power into conversations), was clearly eating during several sessions, forgot basic information about me.
