Hi, my name is Ariane and I am a California-based LCSW. Outside of therapy, I love being active to stay sane including running and hiking, as well as crocheting when I'm inside! I've always got a a novel I'm working my way through as well.
I earned my Masters at the University of Illinois but returned to my home-state to further my career. I've been licensed for 4 years, but have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I provide a safe space for clients to work through their struggles without judgement and guiding clients toward their goals. I meet clients where they are at and work together while providing an outside perspective and psycho-education as needed.
My approach varies based on your individual needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Solution Focused models, to help create awareness and understanding. Together, we work toward meaningful change that fits your life and goals. I have lengthy experience in high acuity, crisis settings, educational settings, and life challenges.
My communication style is calm, personable, and accommodating. I want my clients to feel comfortable and connected with me, and I take pride in my nonjudgmental listening. I became a therapist because I have a genuine interest in helping others become the best version of themselves. I've been naturally drawn to supporting people since I was young, trusted by friends and active in my community.
I am a dedicated therapist and strong advocate for growth, healing, and wellness. I support my patients journey to wellness by looking deeply into the whole person and the impacts of social demands/expectations, stress, lived experience, circumstance, relationship, shame, and trauma on those I work with. I have immense passion for supporting people with self discovery, centering the selves and healing.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I've been in the field of working with people for 15 years. I've worked with children, adolescents and adults in multiple settings including in-home, school, telehealth, and crisis response. The main goal of my work is ensuring client integrity, safety, and an honest working relationship. I like to tell my clients that it's like going on a road trip; you're driving the bus and I'm in the passenger seat helping with directions. If we miss a turn or take a detour, I'm here to help you get back on track. Ultimately you have control of where you want to go and how you get there.
If this is your first time considering therapy, or you are having to look for a new provider, I understand it can be overwhelming. It's so important to feel comfortable with the person you choose. A therapeutic relationship is vital in helping you reach your goals. You want to be able to "vibe" with your provider, whoever it may be.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift — whether that’s overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities.
Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they’re not entirely sure why. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or balancing the many demands in their lives. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making intentional shifts.
My style is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and practical. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building skills you can apply in everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and focused — where insight and action go hand in hand.
I approach therapy with warmth and clarity, helping clients better understand themselves while developing tools that support healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in their decisions.

Hello! My name is Mica and I am a therapist specializing in body-based trauma healing. Trauma and grief will touch all of us at some point in our lives. However, each person is impacted in a different way. If you are finding it hard to cope with life’s overwhelming experiences, you are not alone and I can help in your journey toward healing.
I am energetic, fun-loving, and charismatic. As a therapist, you will find me to be open, honest, encouraging, compassionate and supportive. My passion is to help all my clients explore their unique individuality, inspire them to discover their strengths and happily embrace their challenges.
As a mother of teenagers, I understand and empathize with the struggles that all parents and children are facing as they try to navigate through these confusing, chaotic, ever-changing years.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe environment where individuals, teens, families, and parents can feel comfortable to be themselves. Here, they can explore their feelings and emotions in order to help empower change. I am a teacher, but I also listen and am able to challenge and help my clients grow into healthy, loving, happy, responsible individuals.
For those who might be looking to integrate Christian faith and spirituality, I am in tune with that perspective. However, I also respect those who choose to keep psychotherapy separate from faith.
I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, applied behavioral analysis, neuropsychology, and psychoanalysis. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from one or a combination of these methodologies based on what will be most beneficial for each individual. Additionally, humanistic and Adlerian psychology have significantly influenced my perspective, shaping my practice into an eclectic framework.
I believe that there is no single ‘best’ therapeutic approach—only what is best suited for the individual seeking support. My diverse training allows me to tailor interventions to meet the unique and specific needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
Hi, I am a licensed clinical social worker in northern California. I'm looking forward to meeting you and offering you support.
*** At this time I am unfortunately only able to meet with clients at the top of each hour. This is in order to maximize the number of clients I can meet with during each week. Thank you for your understanding. ***
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!
My name is Dr. Perynn D'Alba and I am a clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes. These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
Hello there, I'm Kimberly!
Are you struggling with navigating the complexities of today's world? Or perhaps you just want to understand yourself better? Therapy is a safe and confidential space for you to explore.
I'm a BIPoc therapist who specializes in working with Children/ Teens/ Young Adults/ Families, Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Learning Disorders), and LGBTQIA+ identified or questioning. I understand that it can be difficult to navigate marginalization and the impact of intergenerational experiences. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD). I provide a supportive space where clients can process complex trauma, including betrayal trauma and difficult family-of-origin patterns.
I assist individuals recovering from environments shaped by abuse, neglect, abandonment, instability, fear, and coercive control. My work addresses dynamics such as enmeshment, trauma bonds, narcissistic family systems, and addiction—experiences that often lead to intergenerational trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I help clients normalize their emotions, feel validated, and build greater resilience. I am certified as a DBT Clinician (C-DBT), Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful, and the lessons continued in graduate school, where I earned dual master’s degrees in social work and public administration. I interned at a domestic abuse shelter, a residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health facility, and completed specialized trauma-informed care training.
My professional experience includes serving as a psychotherapist for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, working as a behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges, and supervising social workers in county behavioral health settings. I have also led interdisciplinary teams of social workers and nurses in case management, supporting individuals with complex medical needs, and managed public health teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and nurses in response to infectious disease outbreaks.
I am deeply committed to helping clients improve from psychological and emotional harm, recognizing the serious impact these experiences can have on overall well-being.

My name is Nathan Taylor and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look over my profile and to learn a little about me as a therapist. Choosing a therapist can be challenging (and maybe even more than a little anxiety provoking!) and it is important to take the time to find someone that you feel may be a good fit to work with towards helping you achieve your goals in therapy. With that in mind, I wanted to share a little about myself and my own path as a therapist. Should you feel like we may be a good fit, I genuinely look forward to meeting and hopefully working with you.
Each of our own personal experiences, dreams, goals, hopes, and needs, both in life and in therapy are unique and individual. You may know exactly what those are for you, or you may feel like you are lost and overwhelmed. Either way, my role is to help you along your own path. To help define what you are struggling with and to take the steps that are needed to work through those struggles and challenges. Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, know that it can be an incredibly valuable tool towards finding what it is that you are looking for.
I’ve been in the mental health field in one way or another for well over 20 years, working with children, families, couples, and adults, both in the public sector and in private practice. While I started my career working with children in group homes, foster care, and in the legal system, my passion as a therapist has taken me in many directions. I’ve worked for many years as both a clinical supervisor for new and learning therapists and as an upper-level manager/administrator in the public mental health sector. Most recently, in addition to my work in private practice I ran several types of community mental health programs, both outpatient and inpatient, for a large behavioral health company providing mental healthcare to adults. I became a licensed therapist in 2008, yet I’m constantly learning, growing, and developing every day in order to become the best therapist that I can be. It’s my belief that it is an honor and privilege to work with people as a therapist to help each person in the way that they need.
Over the years, I’ve received several advanced trainings and certifications that I’ve pursued to obtain the skill sets needed to specialize in a few areas that I believe are tremendously effective and helpful to those I work with. I’ve found that EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Hypnotherapy are the types of therapy work and interventions that are not only backed by research as highly effective, but also really resonate with those that I work with. As with anything in therapy, there is no one-size fits all approach, and I find it most valuable to help create a treatment approach in complete collaboration with you.
As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist, I've found this evidenced-based approach to therapy to be particularly effective with people for a wide variety of reasons, and as such EMDR is my current primary specialty. As EMDR therapy has gained a significant amount of positive attention lately, this may be something you're familiar with, heard about and would like to know more, or it's all together new to you. I'd be more than happy to share additional information with you about EMDR should you be interested in learning more.
Again, thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. You’ve found the courage to get this far, let’s see how much further we can get together!
Hello, my name is Christina and I am passionate about serving those who have been suffering and are looking for real solutions to their problems. Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in South Bay LA, and have been practicing for over 7 years. I received my MMFT from University of Southern California, and work primarily with teens, adults, and young adults who struggle to feel good about themselves and where they are in life.
Life can get heavy. Anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck can wear you down and make everyday life harder than it should be. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I’m a Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people through difficult seasons—whether that’s constant worry, feeling disconnected from your partner, or feeling like you’ve lost your footing in life. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and practical. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly and appreciate that I’m real with them.
I won’t lecture you or tell you what you should do. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and find realistic ways to move forward. I’ll help you notice unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build skills you can actually use in daily life and relationships.
My goal is simple: to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more like yourself again—and to start feeling some relief sooner rather than later.
Hello and Welcome!

My goal is to support you by listening and helping you find solutions that will work for you. I utilize a cultural humility and solutions focused approach to ensure that you are in the driver seat and I can be your headlights in reaching that destination. I pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and consider myself eclectic in style. In our sessions, therapy should feel natural, conversational, safe and overall be a space to promote healing. We all need someone to talk to, so let's work together. Tambien hablo Espanol.

Hi! My name is Haley. I am a licensed Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapist. I hope to provide a safe, comfortable space where we can build trust and rapport. I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy, taking each client and each session individually. I have an eclectic approach to therapy which allows me to tailor your treatment to your specific needs.
Exhausted by the way you think about yourself? We are often (if not always) our own worst enemies. Whether this pattern has caused you problems with guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, addiction or you name it - the starting point is generally the same. When we embark on the project of therapy you will be asked to put your painful thoughts and feelings into words. As the process unfolds, the strength and fervor used to overthink and condemn yourself will become accessible to use productively in reaching your goals.
Hi, I'm Hazel.
I'm a bilingual Asian mental health therapist fluent in both Vietnamese and English, dedicated to supporting neurodiverse adults, including those with ASD, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions. I am also trained in assessing and diagnosing adult ASD and ADHD, and I understand the importance of accurate identification to inform effective treatment.
I am deeply passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and understanding the unique challenges they face, such as low self-esteem, mood regulation difficulties, relationship struggles, loneliness, stress, executive dysfunction, and rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD). I strive to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can explore these challenges and develop strategies for growth and healing.
In addition, I have extensive experience working in hospice care, which has given me valuable insight into the complex emotions surrounding grief, loss, and mourning. I also specialize in supporting clients through grief, narcissistic abuse and healing, as well as processing trauma. My approach is holistic, emphasizing compassion and understanding through these profound experiences.
Having endured my own share of trauma throughout my life—including experiences with sudden death, betrayal, and resentment—I bring a deep sense of empathy to my work. With a culturally sensitive approach, I aim to create a safe environment where my clients feel seen and supported. My overarching goal is to empower individuals to navigate their challenges, foster resilience, and promote overall well-being. I am committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care and walking alongside my clients through life’s many transitions with sensitivity and care.
Hi there and great job on taking that first step in considering if therapy is right for you. I invite you to come with me on a journey of your own choosing where we will walk together in darkness to find the light you’ve been seeking. Whether it’s life’s little annoying stressors or more complex issues, as a trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand what this is like and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Whether you choose me or another therapist, make the choice to just give it a try. Sometimes all you need is another person to hold the light while you do the work you need to heal.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist in private practice. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, ages 8 to 80, who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. At times, I may utilize humor to highlight a concern, at other times I may be more directive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy while incorporating natural and holistic styles in treatment. I also believe in matching the treatment style to the person and not the person to the treatment style.
It takes courage to take steps towards change. I am here to listen and offer my support and guidance every step of the way.

It takes courage to accept and seek help and set out on your recovery journey. My focus in our work will be on meeting you where you are at and in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore what can be helpful in addressing your needs, wants, and barriers to getting them met.
Together, we will challenge ourselves to show up authentically in relationship so we can examine the areas of your life that you would like support in. These areas can often include examining how systemic and cultural factors influence our perception of ourselves, others, and the world.
My hope in our work together is that you'll come away with a renewed sense of self and identity that not only addresses the hardships and challenges you have endured, but also empowers you to affirm your sense of agency, and make your mark on the world.
You’ve done therapy before. You’re self-aware, insightful, and capable—but your relationships still feel confusing, anxious, or one-sided. You overthink texts, question your needs, or stay in situations that leave you feeling unseen or emotionally drained. Despite insight, the pattern keeps repeating.
I specialize in helping women who feel stuck in confusing or painful relationship dynamics understand why this keeps happening—and how to change it. We break cycles of anxious attachment, over-giving, and self-doubt by working at the root—not just understanding it—so you can create relationships that feel clear, secure, and aligned.
My work focuses on attachment patterns, codependency, and deeper relational wounds—but more importantly, on helping you create real, lasting change. Together, we build self-trust you can actually rely on, set boundaries that hold, shift relationship patterns at their root—not just manage symptoms. This is active, insight driven work to move you forward.
Welcome! I’m Jen Rosen, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in California. The focus of my practice is working with individuals and couples who are seeking growth, a deeper sense of purpose, who want to improve their overall quality of life and enhance and transform their relationships. I believe that therapy can be a wonderful tool to promote this self-exploration, healing and growth and I hope to help you in this process. I believe it is my calling in life to help people who are struggling to instead live happy and fulfilling lives. My style is open, direct and at times, eclectic. I provide a warm, safe environment to discuss concerns and challenges.
I am honored to be on this journey with you in therapy. I am a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling seen, safe, and understood. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity--never judgment. I create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what's been heavy at your own pace. Whether you're navigating past trauma, burnout, or a season of change, my goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self and feel more at peace within. In our work together, you'll find warmth, understanding, and a space that honors your story.
I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The intention of services provided to present and future clients are to support them in navigating through the pain. The only way out is through. Not above, below, or around the pain but through it. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
