Do you often feel missed by the people in your life? When you look forward does it sometimes feel impossible to experience something new? As an Authentic Relating Facilitator, Nonviolent Communication Practitioner, and Licensed Therapist, I have a deep desire to attune to you and your world. Together we can illuminate the patterns and roads blocks that you have been experiencing. You need to know where you are to get to where you want to go. We can build a map to get you there. Once we have a map of where we are headed, we will practice the skills needed to get to your desired life. Some of the skills we will use to navigate the terrain are mindfulness, somatic and mind-body practices, written word exploration, feelings and needs awareness, and vision/goals work. Ready to take the journey? Schedule a free consultation to answer any questions you may have. You know the way, and I’d be honored to accompany you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will set goals for our time together, and get a deeper understanding of what you are looking for from therapy. You will get an experience of my style and approach and the frame works I use which are highly relational and empathetic. We will start identifying the blocks that have been getting in your way and I will often introduce written exercises as well as mind-body practices to create new neural networks in your brain and body. As sessions continue we will start practicing coping skills to increase your ability to pattern interrupt without my presence, and use the somatic awareness we've cultivated to build the life you dream.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

It is my honor to hold you in deep care, empathy, and presence while creating forward momentum. One of my greatest strengths is my commitment to my own growth as a provider as well as a person. I live by what I do with you. I myself have recovered from PTSD and Depression, so I know what it is like. I am an intersectional ally (such as BIPOC, Queer community, Sex positive, informed on open relating), and I know that only you know your experience. I cannot wait to hear your story.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

If you are ready to make changes in your life... but you just don't know where to start, or you know where to start but there seems to be some invisible block, we can jump the hurdle together. What happened that created the challenges you face life are not your fault, we can hold those with tender care, love, compassion, and grace. And now that you're ready for a new experience of yourself, others, and the world, healing those places that are tender will be your responsibility, but you do not have to do it alone. Together we can do this. Are you with me?

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I have experience facilitating groups and individual skills sessions, where mindfulness serves as the cornerstone for enhancing clients' quality of life. With years of experience, I excel in cultivating clients' self-awareness, helping them identify, acknowledge, and process emotions through nonviolent communication techniques. My sessions often feature personalized guided meditations aimed at fostering mind-body harmony, strengthening emotional resilience, and cultivating inner peace.

Mind-body approach

My approach emphasizes enhancing the mind-body connection through various techniques such as somatic practices, cultivating body awareness, and honing in on sensory experiences. Additionally, I assist clients in exploring and questioning unconscious beliefs shaping their actions, integrating embodiment exercises to foster the embrace of empowering new belief systems.
