In our first session we will set goals for our time together, and get a deeper understanding of what you are looking for from therapy. You will get an experience of my style and approach and the frame works I use which are highly relational and empathetic. We will start identifying the blocks that have been getting in your way and I will often introduce written exercises as well as mind-body practices to create new neural networks in your brain and body. As sessions continue we will start practicing coping skills to increase your ability to pattern interrupt without my presence, and use the somatic awareness we've cultivated to build the life you dream.

I live by what I do with you. I myself have recovered from PTSD and Depression, so I know what it is like. I am an intersectional ally (such as BIPOC, Queer community, Sex positive, informed on open relating), and I know that only you know your experience. I cannot wait to hear your story.
