HI, I’m Dr. Sherrie a licensed psychologist (PSY33937) based in Southern California. I provide telehealth therapy to adolescents and adults across the state. I hold a degree of Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology, and I bring 19 years of experience from working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to empower you to gain greater control over your thoughts and emotions, advocate for what you need, and cope with what you can’t get. Please note, I am unable to provide the following services at this time: Employment Letters (i.e., work accommodation, disability), Legal letters, Immigration Letters, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters, Gender Affirming Letters, Psychological Testing, and Medication management.

You'll find me to be nurturing and supportive, yet direct when needed to help you achieve meaningful change. My approach is rooted in professionalism and ethical care, but I also believe in using warmth and relatable humor to help you feel more at ease and connected in our sessions.
