Sometimes difficult moments leave us feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, angry, and at times, all of those emotions at once. But you do not have to face these challenge alone. My practice offers evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, behavior modification, adjustment/life transitions, and bereavement. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience working in California, fluent in both English and Spanish.

My practice mainly consists of practical and effective approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).
