The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients have expressed appreciation for my sincere, friendly demeanor, empathic validation of experiences and genuine interest/engagement during sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping children, adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, grief, family conflict, academic struggles, and experiences of abuse and trauma. I enjoy working with diverse populations and respect and integrate a client’s unique cultural background—including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation—into the treatment process.
