Hey! I’m Kimberly, a California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a double master’s degree from USC. I work with clients who are going through transitional periods of their lives (navigating the dating scene, breakups, college, work stress, marital issues, antepartum, postpartum, infertility). I help clients who are struggling with anxiety and self-worth learn coping skills to make better decisions and to lead a happier life. I create a warm, supportive space for men and women to uncover what needs to change and to create a path to where they want to be. Through virtual one-on-one therapy, I empower individuals to navigate challenges, heal past wounds, and build confidence and meaningful, fulfilling relationships.
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, history gathering and then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. We'll identify and discuss potential goals for therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My biggest strengths including putting my clients and their needs first and being compassionate and understanding that everyone is different therefore treatment plans are individualized to meet your needs.
Is anxiety or self-doubt holding you back in relationships or keeping you stuck in unhealthy ones? Do you feel lost and uncertain about who you are and what you want? You're not alone. If you’re seeking meaningful change in how you see yourself and connect with others, you’ve found the right place. If you’re seeking meaningful change in how you see yourself and connect with others, you’ve found the right place.
