Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I received my Masters from Sacramento State University and have been practicing for 14 years. I have worked in various settings supporting individuals and families in the foster care system, residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, hospitals, outpatient, nonprofit community agencies and crisis intervention.
I've worked with adults from all backgrounds and I've worked with individuals struggling with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD and those who are experiencing significant emotional distress due to stress, acute illness, domestic violence, homelessness and trauma.
You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.

Calming an activated nervous system is one of the most valuable things you can learn for your mental health. It is extremely helpful to manage triggers. It can also be used to retrain your nervous system that it no longer needs to be on high alert. Hi, my name is Cathy and I am grateful to be able to teach you about that as well as help you release energy from past trauma that is triggering you in the present.
ImTT, Image Transformation Therapy, along with mindfulness and other somatic and self-care tools help my clients reset their nervous system. This helps you choose to be present in the world in a safe and gentle way. Most of my clients are women in their 40’s and better who are wanting to transform their fear and increase their capacity for more. More love, more joy, more peace, more pleasure.
I work with women who have lived with trauma over time; many have also experienced single incident traumatic events. Both experiences can color how you see the world and your experiences with people in it. Reseting your nervous system can help you see your experiences without the past superimposed on it.
I also work with professional women with ADHD. It’s not uncommon to have the symptoms of ADHD with a history of trauma. There are a lot of similarities. The tools I work with are extremely effective for ADHD symptoms with trauma history.
Does this speak to you? If it does, reach out and schedule a time to meet and see if we are a good match. I am currently taking new clients and would love to work with you.
Hi. My name is Jody Evans and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have been practicing for the past 10 years. I graduated from Pepperdine university top of my class. I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety and addictions to learn coping skills to manage these disorders. I can provide individual, couples or family therapy. I enjoy working collaboratively to develop goals that are realistic, meaningful, and lead to positive change. I view therapy as a journey—one that helps you find steadier footing and supports you as you move along your unique path. Although much of my background has been in public service settings working with severe mental illness, acute crises, and trauma, I welcome concerns of any size. No problem is too small or too overwhelming to bring into therapy. I invite you to give the therapy process a chance to work for you!
I have been in the behavioral health field for more than 30 years and have been licensed since 2012. I have a practical, down-to-Earth style with an open-minded, solution focused approach. There is likely no issue too complicated or difficult for me to work with. I like to establish a clear treatment path with attainable goals, making it easier for you.
I encourage you to give the therapy process a chance to work for you. My goal is to offer steady support and thoughtful guidance as you discover a healing path that truly fits your life. While life can be challenging, you don’t have to navigate it alone—therapy can provide a safe space to find clarity, resilience, and hope.
You are here for that sense of belonging & connection, especially when multiple global crises have left communities hopeless, and in a constant state of vigilance. While some anxiety/depression is a normal response to the hyper-violence we are facing as a collective (on screens or in reality), it can feel extremely overwhelming to experience this every day, on top of expectations from work, family, and other relationships. As a child of the Lao Isaan/Southeast Asian diaspora, my passion is working with fellow children of refugee/immigrant diasporas to feel seen + heard + validated through an anti-oppressive framework.
I work with adults navigating chronic illness, medical trauma, and the emotional impact of ongoing health stress. My approach is calm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with attention to nervous system safety and pacing. I aim to create a space where clients don’t have to explain or minimize their experience. I also have managed a chronic illness and have a lot of personal experience with the Medical Industrial complex.
I am Dr. Audrey Levy. I live on a boat, and my private practice hours are available 24/7 by appointment only. I also make house calls. I am experienced in helping my clients deal with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Reduction, Loss and Grief Recovery, Substance Abuse, Anger Management and Crisis Counseling. I provide a calm, empathetic, and nurturing environment where you will feel heard, and most importantly, understood. Together we will work on ways to help you understand your feelings and compulsions.
My grieving clients experience closure through writing letters to their loved ones who have died. This letter writing is effective for all forms of loss. Reading the letters aloud is very healing as it encourages acceptance, and permits moving on to build a life filled with love and laughter.
As a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist for 45+ years, I've dealt with my own grief and loss by writing the nonfiction book, "Doggie Wisdom for Humans: Advice from Dogs for Humans of All Ages," and an autobiographical fiction series, "The Adventures of the Angel Oleo." I hope you have an opportunity to read my books and that I get to help you.

My name is Ramsey Khader. I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California. I have worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals dealing with a serious mental illness to those who needed support with a specific issue or navigating a stressful circumstance in their life. I first became interested in becoming a psychologist when I learned people react differently even when dealing with the same problems or circumstances. Individuals dealing with the same mental issues still needed to be treated as a person not as their diagnosis.
Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.

Time and time again I have observed that my clients often resolve their issues with guidance and support.
Many of my clients have said that they feel heard and not judged for the decisions they make day in and day out, I believe this is my strength. I meet my clients where they are at and try to understand what they are dealing with. I take the time to understand your struggles and craft a treatment plan based on your abilities and strengths.
If you are ready to usher in the change in your life, I am here to help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has had experience in child welfare, foster care and medical social work. I have training in CISN (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) as well as palliative care. I believe that clarity on a stressful situation or event can often come about after having opportunities to talk about it. My training has equipped me to help individuals identify ways to recognize their strengths and apply them to their current circumstances to change their outlook.
I am a Clinical School Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adolescents and their families within a large school district. Since 1999, my work has focused on helping families navigate crisis, strengthen relationships, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence and stability. I approach this work with empathy, cultural humility, and a commitment to empowering both youth and caregivers.
