I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who works with adults and parents navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you build practical tools so life feels more manageable and aligned with what matters to you. I care deeply about making deep connections with people.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy, what you’re hoping for from therapy, and any questions or concerns you have about the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m skilled at helping clients turn insight into action. I work collaboratively to identify patterns, set realistic goals, and build coping skills that support lasting change. Clients appreciate that our work feels both supportive and useful beyond the therapy room.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults and parents who are feeling burnt out, emotionally drained, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy—maybe you just know something needs to change. You’re looking for a supportive space to reflect, build coping skills, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I find that using CBT helps you learn about yourself in a way that you can continue to use for the rest of your life. I like to start by getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will work together to understand the thoughts, feelings and behaviors related to the current concerns you have related to your wellness.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I approach each person from a culturally sensitive mindset so that I can really understand the whole you. It’s important for me to take your culture and background into consideration.

Motivational Interviewing

I use motivational interviewing to make sure that we are working on the areas of your life that you find most important. I will meet you where you are and can gently guide you on this journey.

Strength-Based

I approach my clients from a strength based perspective because you already have some strengths and weaknesses are going to use them to move us toward progress on your goals. Sometimes it may be hard to see your own strengths when mental health is a struggle and therefore we will find your strengths together.

Trauma Informed Care

I have been trained in trauma informed care and utilize it in therapy as to not retraumatize you. We will work together to understand the trauma and work towards healing and coping toward to improve your wellness.
