Since 1997, I have been treating clients with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions & all associated issues. I am licensed in Florida, Texas, California & Hawaii. As well as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

I have maintained private practices in FL, TX & CA. In addition, I worked at the Renfrew Center in Coconut Creek, FL & Los Angeles, CA, Cedar Springs Austin and ERC. It is my belief that an important piece of treatment & recovery is utilizing a multi-disciplinary treatment team to address the individual needs of each client.
First session
Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable.
Strengths
As a clinician, I prefer to engage in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I often assess for what level the client is entering therapy and utilize an eclectic approach that will match their current level of functioning and goals.
Ideal clients
Are 18 and over that desire a collaborative therapeutic alliance with a creation of safety and comfort to express and challenge themselves to achieve their ability to share issues, goals and desired changes.
