New to Grow
I am a therapist with an integrative style that personalizes skills, strategies and supports to meet the needs of the individual I am serving. I provide care for clients with a variety of mental health concerns, and I am comfortable treating children, teens, adults and families. I’m a Registered Nurse in addition to a Clinical Social Worker and my clinical experience of 15 years spans working in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care as well as in crisis, palliative care, and school based mental health. I strive to offer trauma informed, thoughtful, collaborative care in a nonjudgmental, accepting, and supportive environment.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session will be an intake where we will explore your strengths, challenges, values and lived experience. I will be asking you about your goals for therapy. This sets the groundwork for your therapy sessions where we will work towards your desired change.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
The balance between support and empathy with coaching in coping skills is the backbone of my practice. I bring empathy, clinical expertise, openness, compassion creativity and lightness to my work with clients.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I provide therapy for children, teens, adults and families. I treat patients with anxiety and depression, with CBT and DBT focused care. I enjoy providing a healing space for people wanting to make changes or navigate transitions, like grief, loss, health issues, parenting issues, school or career issues.
