New to Grow
I work with teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I take a relational, integrative approach and focus on creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and judgment free. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical tools, and work toward positive changes that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll take time to review informed consent and practice policies so you know exactly what to expect. I’ll get to know more about your history, current concerns, and what’s bringing you in, and together we’ll begin identifying goals for our work. This session is about creating a safe, supportive foundation for our work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach is grounded in being real, honest, and kind. I aim to show up with compassion and steady support, helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and encouraged. I'm also not afraid of humor, sometimes humor can be a helpful way to diffuse pain and discomfort initially, and is gently followed by curiosity.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are authentic and ready to show up as they are. They’re willing to do the work, stay consistent even when it’s challenging, and remain open to being stretched. They understand that real growth requires commitment, honesty, and a willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
Integrative
I use an integrative approach that pulls from many different methods. I tailor my treatment to match the needs of each individual client, as it can look really different from one person to another. I prioritize the relationship and have a compassionate and direct approach that is solution focused.
