(she/her)
I am a social worker who specializes in helping people work through grief and the stress of major life changes. I provide a grounded and down to earth space where we can be honest about the new normal without any pressure to have it all figured out. We will go at your pace to manage the weight of these transitions and help you get back to feeling like yourself.
The first session is really about us getting to know each other and seeing if we are a good fit. We will talk about what brought you in and what you are hoping to get out of our time together. There is no pressure to have a perfect plan. It is just a low stress conversation to start understanding your story and how I can best support you.
My approach is person centered and very practical. I am not here to be a blank slate or just nod my head. I am here to provide an honest and supportive environment where the focus is entirely on what you need each session. We do not follow a rigid script. We work at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on real life results that help you feel more grounded
I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed by a recent loss or a significant life shift. Whether you are dealing with the death of a loved one or a major change in your career or relationships, you might feel stuck or foggy or just not like yourself. My goal is to support clients who are ready to process those changes and find a practical way to move forward

Danielle was very easy to talk to. She didn't rush me and let me just speak. She was warm and her feedback was sincere. I felt she was interested and wanted to help me with the areas I want to grow in.

I’ve tried a few online therapists and always felt like I was dealing with someone with very little experience. Danielle has been a refreshing exception. She is created a space I feel comfortable sharing in and given helpful ideas about what I can do between sessions to keep the work going.
