Hello and Welcome! I’m grateful you’re here and choosing to prioritize yourself, even if it didn’t feel easy to take this step. A little bit about me: I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 16 years of clinical experience working with people across a wide range of life challenges from anxiety, depression, and chronic stress to relationship struggles, health issues, chronic illness or pain, life transitions, parenting pressures, and trauma recovery. I’ve supported clients in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Many of the clients I work with are used to being the strong one, the one that holds everything together for everyone else... but who don’t often have space to tend to their own needs. In our work together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s been weighing on you and why sometimes it feels so hard to move forward. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your day-to-day life. We’ll work on quieting the critical inner voice, easing anxiety and stress, and creating space for choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you need right now. If you’re ready for support that feels warm, thoughtful, and real... and a place where you don’t have to hold everything together... I’d be honored to walk alongside you :)

Hi, I'm Casandra, and I'm glad you are here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.

Bienvenidas! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in California and Colorado. My practice is rooted in a fat liberation lens, which means I actively support you in dismantling internalized and societal fatphobia to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body. I provide a nurturing space to process life transitions, career changes, burnout, and the journey of becoming a cycle-breaker—particularly within the BIPOC community. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I hold deep respect for those who are new to therapy or returning to it. My goal is to create a culturally-grounded, safe environment where you can heal and grow. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful tool we can use to access and process deep emotional pain and trauma that traditional talk therapy may not reach.

First of all, I am a father and grandfather. The rest can be summed up, quite aptly, from my 3rd personality test of a similar kind. The Healer is introspective, sensitive, compassionate, and empathetic - and very approachable. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (1992). Hello and Welcome! Are there moments in your life where you wished things could go better? Have you noticed changes in being able to connect with yourself (mind/body) or being able to connect with others (friends, family, new acquaintances)? Have you wondered what's wrong with your self-care? What habits are interfering with leveling up? I want to start by recognizing the tremendous courage and step forward in seeking therapy. I utilize a whole person, strength based, and compassionate approach to understanding your problems. My goal is to support you by listening and helping you find solutions that will work for you. I utilize a cultural humility and solutions focused approach to ensure that you are in the driver seat and I can be your headlights in reaching that destination. I pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and consider myself eclectic in style. In our sessions, therapy should feel natural, conversational, safe and overall be a space to promote healing. We all need someone to talk to, so let's work together. Tambien hablo Espanol.

I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth. Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind. Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours. If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, running on empty after years of giving more than you had to give, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe you're realizing how much of yourself you've set aside for others, or you're not sure who you are outside of a role you've outgrown. These are the kinds of crossroads I help people navigate. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Sacramento. My background spans community mental health, residential treatment, and crisis intervention, with extensive experience in trauma and addiction recovery. Before that, 15 years in the arts and nonprofit world gave me a close-up view of the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly, which is a big part of why that work speaks to me now.

Thank you for stopping by! A little about myself. I am licensed in both California and Oregon. I am available for virtual sessions for all clients and a physical office in Salem, Oregon for in-person sessions. My virtual and in-office hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 10am-6pm. I am a mother to three adult children, a Nana to 5 and dog mom to 2 Jack Russel's. I grew up in foster care and was adopted in my teens. That path led me through my own therapeutic journey as I struggled with depression and anxiety. As I found wellness, I launched into social work professionally to support youth and families, and eventually here, as a licensed therapist. I have been working with Individuals and families in various therapeutic settings for over 25 years, supporting those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment/bonding issues, life stage challenges, and relationship conflicts to name a few. I find myself continually in awe of the resilience of the human spirit. I am honored with the trust my clients offer me as they process thoughts and feelings around their challenges as we journey together to find answers that make sense and solutions that work.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative, rooted in the belief that healing begins by recognizing and building on each person’s unique strengths. Through hope-inducing relationships, goal-oriented work, and compassionate support, I help individuals identify problem areas that may be trauma or may be something they did not know they could change. We give it a felt sense, validate it, understand it and how it fits or doesn't fit in their life and brainstorm methods to help. We can discuss boundaries, self-awareness building skills, and work slowly. We can also gently discuss things that have been traumatic and process moments in small segments that will help build more inner strenghts and resources, beyond trauma, and toward empowered, meaningful change. My strengths are with sensitive, empathic, individuals struggling to find their voice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in trauma-informed care, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic techniques and strength-based approaches to support lasting healing and growth. I am EMDRIA-trained. I also hold certificates in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy utilizing Internal Family Systems Parts Works (inner ecosystem perspectives), and Somatic EMDR Therapy, which allow me to help clients reconnect with their bodies, identify stored trauma, and restore a sense of presence and safety.

Hi I am Kao, I firmly believe that as humans we have an innate desire for growth and balance. Unfortunately, often we physically respond to ingrained negative cues and messages that get stuck in our body. Many times these old cues manifest themselves in our body as anxiety, depression, and other trauma responses. It can feel like we are living life just trying to cope with the loudness of these negative messages. What if instead of just gaining tools to “cope” with these trauma responses, we could eliminate them all together? How might your life look? My hope is that in our work together we will be able to address wounds and move towards healing so that you don’t have to “cope” anymore. Instead you can thrive and have a sense of self-awareness that brings constant peace and clarity.

Hello there, I'm Susie. I'm a bilingual therapist who speaks English and Spanish. I have specialized training in Art Therapy and EMDR. In my work with individuals and groups, I am compassionate, collaborative, culturally sensitive and creative. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. As humans, we create patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful for us when navigating relationships in our life. This can feel stressful, helpless, and anxiety provoking. Having space to acknowledge and talk about what is happening in your life can help relieve the intensity of those feelings and can help create new patterns and behaviors.

While depression and anxiety may be reasonable responses to your life experiences and the state of the world, that doesn't mean you have to suffer alone. You deserve support. I strive to create an environment where you can safely lean into difficult feelings and process your past and present without shame or judgment. We will work collaboratively to unpack the impact of systems, relationships, and intersectional identities (i.e. women of color, immigrant background, cultural stress) on your well-being. I’m a therapist who genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understanding what makes them who they are. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, chronic pain, trauma, life transitions, or sometimes just feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative and flexible because I don’t think therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I draw from approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing depending on what you’re working through and what feels useful to you. Sometimes that means learning practical tools or finding a different way to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions. Other times, it means slowing down and looking at patterns, relationships, past experiences, or the things that may be happening underneath the surface. I want therapy to feel comfortable, honest, and real. You may come in knowing exactly what you want to work on, or you may need some time to figure that out. Either way, we’ll start with what feels important to you and go from there.

I always felt that I was called to help others. Growing up in South Los Angeles, I developed a sense of culture and community amongst Black and Brown people as well as a respect for the struggles of BIPOC. I grew up around artists, musicians, poets, leaders, givers, and eccentrics from all walks of life. During this time, I discovered how much I enjoyed listening to people, problem-solving, and motivating others to succeed and explore their authentic selves. I started off as a mentor in undergrad, inspiring other young people of color to attend college and think outside of the box in regards to their futures. I continued working with children, teens, and adults with special needs until I landed a position as an intern at a non-profit mental health agency in South Los Angeles. After I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I continued to grow as a clinician, supervisor, and manager at the nonprofit while also taking on teen and adult clients in the private practice setting. I am now pursuing my dream to work Full Time as a Private Practice Therapist.

I tailor my approach to your needs, whether that's practical life challenges, rigid thought patterns, or emotional pain held in the body after trauma. I also help you untangle enmeshed family relationships: recognizing where your own feelings and needs end and others' begin, and setting boundaries without guilt. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic theory. Effective therapy, in my view, means both challenging the thinking and relational patterns that keep you stuck and learning to understand and regulate the emotions underneath them.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I am passionate about helping young adults and adults struggling with difficult- toxic- narcissistic relationships, depression, anxiety, struggling with codependency, domestic abuse, grief and loss, stress, work/school/life transitions, trauma, who have lost connection with themselves, and want to understand their behavior patterns that are set from childhood. I take a holistic, strengths-based framework and find myself blending elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, grief, attachment theory and Brainspotting to help support the mind, body, and spirit. I am adept at addressing a broad spectrum of life experiences, encompassing childhood trauma, ongoing stressors, and life transitions. I hold a deep appreciation for the integration of mild psychodynamic theory in my practice, as it aids clients in comprehending and recognizing recurring behavioral patterns and negative thought patterns that have their roots in past experiences. I hold the firm belief that the most significant therapeutic impact arises from the collaborative relationship between the psychotherapist and the client. I strive to create a safe, supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Therapy should be a place where every aspect of your being is embraced, welcomed, and valued. I believe in meeting you where you are, tailoring my approach, interventions, and techniques to your unique needs and goals. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients, to be their guide and hold light in this messy world as they heal, grow, and ultimately reconnect with their mind, body and soul while they recreate a new path for themselves.
