Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping first-generation Latinas heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and break free from patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally affirming. I integrate EMDR and person-centered therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
*I've chosen to center my practice on the healing needs of women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I do not currently work with cisgender men, minors, or court-involved clients in order to preserve alignment with my clinical roots*
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.
I have 8 years of experience working with individuals, children, and youth. For the past 4 years, I've supported children and adolescents involved in the foster and judicial system. I'm passionate about helping clients navigate through life stressors, understand the connection between trauma and dysfunctional patterns, and achieve personal growth. I utilize an integrative approach which allows me to tailor interventions to your specific needs. I'll provide a safe non-judgemental space for you to show up as your authentic self and explore what tools you need to evolve into your best self.
Welcome! I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in the golden state of California. I received my Master’s from John F. Kennedy University in California and have been practicing for 8 years. I work with couples, families and individuals as young as 16 years of age. I look forward to supporting you and working towards a better version of yourself!
A little about myself: I love being active, which includes hiking, cycling, working out in the gym. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I believe in practicing what I share with clients, I don’t just say things and live the complete opposite. SELFCARE is the best care and the best way to ensure you’re in the best position to help! Be well. And cheers to a long healthy life!

Hello, my name is Jennifer.
I am currently working with clients needing individual therapy. I have experience dealing with various issues. My past experience includes but is not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I focus on client centered goals to help you achieve what you are looking for. Together, we can work towards finding the best possible way for you to better your situation.
Whether you're dealing with a specific problem or ongoing issues, I'm here to help. In focusing on what you want and need, this allows you to take control of your therapy and use this time to heal and grow. Deciding on therapy is a great step towards working towards your needs.
Some of the modalities I have experience in are, but not limited to, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma informed care, and providing psychoeducation.
I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, I'm Sarah. My great passion is to help my clients heal themselves. I act as a guide for my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. My holistic approach aims to heal my client’s mind, body and spirit while empowering them to connect with themselves and enhance self-love. I am open-minded and utilize different therapeutic approaches to offer the best results. My educational background is diverse and includes a MA in Psychology as well as a MA in Art History. I am also a Reiki Master.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master's degree from the University of Michigan. I have been practicing as a clinician for the past 9 years and have been in private practice for the past 5 years. I love my career and what it has enabled me to do. I help my clients normalize their mental health journey.
Hi, I’m Cynthia.
These are tough times, and many people are struggling. If you’re anxious, down, or facing life transitions or relationship issues, I’ll help you process it all, build coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. As a first-gen Latina, I understand issues around cultural identity, bias and assimilation.
Please note: I don’t specialize in eating disorders, trauma, autism or substance use. Telehealth is not an adequate platform for working with suicidality. If you are suicidal, you can call 911 for the police, 988 for the national suicide hotline, or go to the nearest hospital.
I am Ryan Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas with over ten years of experience in mental health. Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently and lived in several communities early in life. I started college at Grambling State University in Louisiana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Working in correctional facilities showed me how trauma, grief, and unaddressed mental health struggles affect individuals and families. That experience inspired me to earn a master’s degree in Social Work so I could support people through their hardest moments.
Over the past decade, I have provided care across community mental health settings, correctional facilities, and telemental health platforms. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you were taught to handle things on your own or if mental health wasn’t openly discussed in your family or culture. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
As a Punjabi Marriage & Family Therapist, I understand how cultural expectations, family roles, and stigma can make it hard to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where your values and lived experiences are honored. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your relationships and daily life.
You don’t have to be certain about everything to begin. Sometimes therapy simply starts with giving yourself permission to try. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
Welcome!
I'm Hector Madril, LMFT,

I offer virtual, telehealth therapy across California, using ACT, CBT, CPT, and mindfulness woven in. My approach is direct, warm, and grounded.
Hi there, I'm Andrea.
Have you been feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Have changes or new challenges in your life evoked feelings or thought streams difficult to manage? Does it feel harder to know how to communicate what you need or feel supported by someone in your life? My goal in working with you is to develop trust and connection; to team with you so that we can identify what is not working and build skills so that you can feel more satisfied in your life.
I have over 20 years experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and families.
My approach is collaborative and individualized to meet your specific needs for support.
I believe that improving the way we connect with each other and care for ourselves will support effective communication that leads to more supportive relationships.
Together, we will utilize your strengths and practice new ways to manage stress, emotional difficulties, and the challenges life can bring. I have decades of experience helping clients with anxiety, mood issues, trauma, relationship problems and major life changes.
I am straightforward and I want you to feel empowered and confident to enact the changes you seek. I want you to feel that the therapy process can be productive and helpful. You are not alone!
Hi, I'm Melissa. I believe we are already whole—even in the messy, uncertain, beautifully human parts of life. Therapy isn't about fixing you or getting rid of the parts that feel hard; it's about getting curious, understanding yourself more deeply, and creating a life that feels authentic to who you are.
As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist (and fellow neurospicy human), I know what it's like to spend years wondering if you're too much, not enough, or somehow doing life "wrong." My hope is to offer a space where you can set that down for a while. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity instead of judgment, helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels authentic, aligned, and true to you.
I bring warmth, humor, and a little bit of whimsy into the therapy room because healing doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Some of my favorite moments are when clients begin to trust themselves again, reconnect with the parts of themselves they've hidden away, and remember that they were never broken to begin with.
My name is Dr. Perynn D'Alba and I am a clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes. These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
18 years of experience guiding individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with empathy and real-world tools. As a therapist, I combine life coaching, psychoeducation, neuroscience, and strengths-based approaches to support individuals. I blend proven, evidence-based therapies with holistic practices like breathwork & mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore how struggles affect both your mind & body while building simple, effective tools to help you feel more balanced, connected, and in control of your life.
My name is Marisol Keegan, LCSW. I provide strength-based, solution-focused trauma psychotherapy for adults (18+). I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, beliefs, sexual orientations, and value systems, and I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together to reduce distress and build resilience. As an immigrant and Latina professional, I bring both personal understanding and professional insight to my work.
Hi! I'm Eric Hamm, LCSW. I earned a MSW from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 and have been working in the Social Work field for well over a decade. I am a compassionate and goal-oriented therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions, new challenges, and long-standing barriers. With years of experience in various social work settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique stresses people face when managing change, whether it's in their personal, professional, or relational lives.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and supportive techniques. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build practical coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of empowerment in managing stress and anxiety. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals facing life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or other personal milestones, as well as those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by long-standing challenges.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns while working towards meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to help you feel more confident and resilient, equipping you with the tools and strategies you need to cope with life’s difficulties and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Sessions are conducted online, offering flexibility and convenience for clients navigating busy lives.
Choosing a therapist can feel confusing, especially when you’re trying to understand what therapy actually involves. At its core, therapy is a unique relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine human connection. My first priority is creating a non‑shaming, supportive environment where you feel understood and comfortable sharing your story.
I primarily work with individuals at this time and accept a limited number of couples when appropriate. My approach is experiential and attachment‑based, meaning we explore emotions, patterns, and relationships in a way that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling and move toward meaningful change. You can expect empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative process where your goals guide our work.
I’m especially effective with adolescents, young adults, people navigating high‑stress careers in tech or business, active-duty service members, veterans, and anyone seeking clarity, emotional grounding, or healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Clients often describe me as caring, steady, and deeply invested in their wellbeing.
If what you’ve read resonates, I’d be glad to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.
Sincerely,
Michael Durrigan, LMFT (131635)
Hello! and welcome. I know that it can feel scary to do therapy, so congratulations on taking the first step! I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds in a therapeutic capacity for several decades. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and although I have trained in various methodologies, I believe the key to therapy is a close relationship with your therapist. My goal is to make you feel safe to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgment. I aim to foster a space where you feel understood, supported and empowered on your journey. I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives.
Many of the struggles we experience as adults, whether in our relationships, our confidence, or our sense of purpose, begin with beliefs we formed long ago about ourselves and the world. While those beliefs may have helped us navigate earlier seasons of life, they can quietly keep us confused, disconnected, and living as someone we’ve learned to be rather than who we truly are.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gently uncover those patterns, heal the wounds beneath them, and reconnect with your authentic self. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling that something no longer fits, our work together is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change, not just managing symptoms.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply integrative, combining insight-oriented psychotherapy with practical, future-focused tools that help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I’m Dr. Claudia Nuñez a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is not about reliving pain for its own sake. It is about understanding what your suffering has been signaling and bringing that understanding into the present so you can live with more clarity, self-compassion, and choice.
Many of the people I work with feel caught in anxiety and overthinking, people pleasing, guilt, burnout, or a deep sense that something needs to change but they cannot quite name what. Others are moving through grief or life transitions that have shaken their identity, relationships, or sense of direction. Some are navigating a spiritual calling or values shift, and feeling both pulled toward meaning and exhausted by the weight of it all.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in Internal Family Systems and liberation psychology. Rather than viewing symptoms or recurring patterns as personal flaws, we explore them with curiosity and consider how they may have been shaped by your history, relationships, culture, environment, and ways of adapting. Together, we identify what is no longer serving you, clarify what you need now, and develop responses that feel more intentional, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
Alongside talk therapy, I may incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative exploration, and evidence-informed cognitive and behavioral strategies. Grounding and breath practices are offered collaboratively and adapted to your comfort—not to bypass pain or minimize the realities around you, but to help you remain present and build greater capacity for choice. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. We move at a pace that respects your boundaries while supporting meaningful reflection and change.
I believe therapy works best when you feel understood as a whole person—not simply as a diagnosis or list of symptoms. I’m less focused on what’s “wrong” and more interested in what you’ve been through, how it has shaped you, and how those experiences may influence the way you cope, connect, and move through life.
My approach is warm, curious, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I work with adults who have experienced trauma in many forms, including childhood trauma, interpersonal violence, abuse, neglect, traumatic loss, accidents, medical trauma, and other experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. I also support people navigating the lasting effects of trauma, including anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and challenges with self-worth or emotional regulation.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel accepted, better understand yourself, and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you from the life or relationships you want. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, connected, and authentically yourself.

Hello, my name is Sang Wu and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Alliant International University and have been practicing for ten years. I work with adults who feel stuck in their current lives, and individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression. I assist in helping them navigate crucial moments, difficult forks in the road of life, uncertain futures, and help them live their best lives.
I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, CA. For almost 10 years, I have worked in various settings with teens and adults to help them build resilience, healthy coping mechanisms, and learn to process emotions. I create a non-judgmental environment to support each client in their exploration of what led them to seek therapy. Through insight and awareness, clients can feel more empowered and find a deeper sense of self.
Many of my clients are women who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You may be struggling with high-functioning depression, relationship anxiety, or the pressure to hold everything together while quietly feeling stuck or burned out. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, where you can slow down, understand yourself, and start to feel relief.
I specialize in working with women navigating eating disorders, trauma, caregiver burnout, and the lasting impact of difficult family relationships. Many of my clients are adult daughters of emotionally complicated or challenging parents who are learning to set boundaries, heal old wounds, and break patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with clients who struggle with relationship anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling “not good enough” despite being capable and successful.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together we work to understand patterns, reduce anxiety, and build tools you can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and honest, and who helps them make real progress, not just talk about problems.
Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself while working toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to grow, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

My approach is to aid my clients holistically. I have worked with family units for more than 10 years and have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness for 6 years.
I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have also worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness, which has given me experience working with complex mental health needs and individuals during some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives. In addition to my clinical background, my education and training in law have broadened my understanding of the systems that can impact individuals and families and have further shaped the holistic perspective I bring to my work.

Hi, I'm Casandra, and I'm glad you are here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, and the impact of trauma. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity.
My approach integrates CBT and DBT to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication, while also incorporating Jungian-oriented insight to deepen self-understanding and meaning.
My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered, supporting lasting change, clarity, and emotional balance.
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here.
A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care.
As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation.
In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.
I believe therapy is most effective when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, sleep problems, grief, life stress and transitions, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, and caring for loved ones with a serious mental illness. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect—without judgment.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Together we’ll work to better understand what’s contributing to your current struggles while building on your strengths and developing tools that help you move toward the life you want. I believe lasting change happens through both insight and action, and therapy should leave you feeling supported, empowered, and hopeful.
Whether you’re navigating overwhelming stress, recovering from difficult experiences, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and a little more confident than when you arrived.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, addictions and relationship challenges by developing both insight and learning new coping skills. I believe therapy is a journey inward—one that honors the mind, heart, and spirit and that manifests outwardly as greater life satisfaction. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and their Best Self: the part of you that is grounded in clarity, resilience, and compassion. At any stage of life, your Best Self remains present—offering wisdom, healing, and the possibility of deep inner peace even in the presence of significant life transitions, deep pain or long-standing challenges.
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology and have trained in grief and loss, community mental health, psychiatric settings, and addiction treatment. In my private practice, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, shame-free, and growth-oriented space that honors each client’s unique healing process.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in deep caring and lived experience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful patterns; mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion; and humanistic and spiritual perspectives that invite exploration of meaning, authenticity, and purpose.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we work in a compassionate space to reconnect with your Best Self—honoring a lifetime of experience while cultivating peace, resilience, and self-compassion in all seasons of life.
I am a Licensed California Therapist along with many other certifications so I may support clients on thier journey. I am trained, experienced and skilled in a variety of modalities aside from talk therapy. We will attune to methods that will be effective and gentle. On this platform I work with Adults and Parents through telehealth. Clients often, utilize other means of expression such as expressive arts, meditation , grounding, spirituality, writing, journaling and photo therapy technique. So often clients , have other ways of expression which I identify to possibly try out.
