Hi, I’m Ashley Tapia, LCSW. I’m a clinician with five years of experience, and I’m trained in EMDR. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, siblings, and families, including those navigating foster care and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve seen how experiences in early childhood can continue to show up in adulthood, and I’m passionate about helping people understand and heal from that impact. I really enjoy working with trauma, PTSD, and using EMDR, and my goal is to support you for as long as you need.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I help individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover paths toward healing, growth, and self-understanding. My practice focuses on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, build resilience, and develop meaningful coping strategies. Drawing from evidence-based methods, I support people struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and personal transitions. My goal is to empower clients to foster deeper self-awareness and create sustainable, positive change in their lives.
I am an LCSW from CA. I am a rarity, as I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have lived all over southern California. I have also traveled throughout the state and known how the state is unique.
I have experience working with the military, Veterans, and their families. I also have experience working with families and children of all ages. I have experienced working with mental health, chronic pain and cancer.
If you are seeking services for court; I would NOT be able to help with that. Please find another provider.
My journey to mental healthcare
I did a lot of volunteer work and held a few AmeriCorps positions (America's version of PeaceCorps). I fell in love with helping people and I was told in order to achieve this, I would need to go back to school and complete my MSW.
Hi! I'm an LPCC in CA and an LMHC in NY, currently living in Los Angeles. I work with teens through adults, and am very eclectic in my approach, mixing mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, somatic work, CBT, trauma work, emotionally-focused, solution-focused and IFS. I was an opera singer, am very comfortable working with all kinds of performers, and also teach yoga. Would love to meet you!

Hey bestie!💛 I’m Saira Patino—your mental health cheerleader and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since getting my MSW from Edinboro University in 2017, I’ve been helping mujeres like you handle life’s chaos with care, humor, and real talk. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, identity stuff, or just feeling stuck, you're not alone. I work with Latinas from all walks of life—college students, working moms, first-gen professionals—who are carrying a lot on their shoulders. And let’s be real, navigating life while dealing with mental health challenges and cultural expectations? That ish is hard. But I gotchu!
I am native to the bay area of Northern California. I attended San Jose State University and received a master’s in Social Work. I have worked with severe mentally ill, drug and alcohol treatment, adolescents in crisis and have completed 5150 assessments concluding in safety plans or placed in a psychiatric hospital. I have been working in social services for 25+ years. My specialty has become working with teens and young adults who are struggling with the long term effects of trauma and low self-esteem.
Life can feel overwhelming when sadness, worry, or stress keep getting in the way of the life you want. I can help you find clarity, confidence, and balance again. Many of my clients are navigating relationship struggles, family conflict, or life transitions that leave them feeling stuck or uncertain.
My approach is both collaborative and practical, combining evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy with genuine compassion and support. I'm committed to forming a meaningful relationship with every client in a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe when addressing issues of concern.
Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back.
Couples:
If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild.
Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear—because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hola! I'm Elliana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters in Social Work from California State University Dominguez Hills. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and have been providing clinical services in the community to individuals of all ages for the past 13+ years. I hope to be of service and provide the support you need to meet your goals.
My name is Marisol Keegan, LCSW, and I specialize in giving strength-based interventions and solution-focused trauma psychotherapy for adults (18+). I work with diverse groups, cultural competencies, beliefs, sexual orientations, and values. We work together as a team to help manage and reduce levels of distress.
As an immigrant and Latina professional, I have had similar experiences and want to help you meet your needs.
Feeling "stuck" lately? With over two decades of experience helping adults navigate mid-life transitions, be it depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or perhaps just feeling alone, I strive to help you feel supported, understood, & empowered to make lasting changes. My approach is solution-focused, goal-oriented, compassionate & client-centered. I work with you in partnership to help uncover solutions to your challenges so we don't get "stuck" on the problems themselves. I've enjoyed helping adults navigate life's most difficult transitions for the last 25 years and I'd like to help you, too.
By focusing on the skills of distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness, we can begin to feel more in control of our day to day responses to stressors. I provide sessions geared towards formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change. It helps you get "unstuck" and back in control!
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients set meaningful, value-driven goals and achieving them. That's why I partner with you to ensure you are empowered to reach your full potential. As you work through life's transitions, I will be there to guide, encourage, and challenge you to push past obstacles and create the life you want.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the mental health field since 2008. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and to be as helpful as possible in the process. I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents using practical, evidence-based approaches. I focus on individual, family, and community-based strengths in order to create a foundation for lasting change. I also have specialized experience in treating young children with behavior problems, as well as individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, sexual identity, and trauma-related issues.
Hi there, I’m Michelle,
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Are you struggling to find that happy, healthy, hopeful place in life? Whether it be from relationships, personal, or just life, sometimes we can just feel overwhelmed and out of sync with who we were or who we would like to become.
I am here to help facilitate that change. Together we can target the obstacles in your life and make a plan of action to put you on the right path. By using an integrative approach with effective therapeutic modalities we focus on the whole being to get you in balance.
My style is eclectic utilizing an empathetic position to build rapport while empowering you to become the stronger happier version of self. I combine affirmations and metaphoric narrative to separate you from the problem, allowing you to externalize the issues rather than internalize them.
I will meet you right where you are and provide a safe place for you to thrive and move forward.
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~Martin Luther King Jr.
Hi, I'm Zoe.
If you’ve landed on my page you may be struggling with your relationships, dealing with unresolved issues from the past that keep you feeling stuck and experiencing feelings of stress, hopelessness, burn-out and make you contemplate your worth.
If you relate to any of the above I am here to help! I work with adolescents age 16+, adult individuals & couples. I have a passion in helping those heal from these experiences and build the type of relationships with others and yourself that you desire.
My background is within Attachment-based/Psychodynamic Therapy but I incorporate other modalities such as mindfulness, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment and internal family systems. For couples I am trained in the Gottman approach for couples therapy and use this to guide treatment while incorporating attachment themes.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative while also helping to challenge my clients in order to meet their goals.
Due to an error on the system I am only available between 1:30-2:00pm PST to book a free 15 min consultation and do not have 1pm as a standing hour long appointment. Please feel free to message me in the portal if you have any questions regarding scheduling.

Hi! First, I want to thank you for visiting my page and giving me an opportunity to see how my therapeutic style can assist you with reducing your distress and increasing your life satisfaction. I am so honored that you have decided to review my profile and see if I am a good fit for your journey.
I have been working as a therapist with a variety of mental health disorders and systemic family dynamics since 2015. I initially pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and decided that was an unfulfilling career direction for me. Upon deciding to pursue a master’s degree, I decided to pursue the MFT field. Becoming and MFT was the career goal I had as a teenager, so you could say that pursuing the field is a lifelong dream come true.
My methods of therapy are person led. I like to provide space, and safety to assist you with addressing the reasons you made the brave choice to pursue therapy. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It is a gentle, evidenced based method that uses mindfulness and increases coping skills to assist with achieving therapeutic goals. Additionally, I utilize the technique of Brainspotting that assists with deeper, difficult to resolve trauma.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I work with clients who are questioning, in their transition process, as well as those who are working on their mental health unrelated to their sexual and gender orientation. If necessary, I can consult with you if you need me to provide gender affirming letters when required for insurance and surgical and hormonal procedures.
I really appreciate the time that you took to read through all this information, and I hope that it helps you make an informed decision.

My style balances gentle exploration with practical skills, helping clients recognize patterns that no longer serve them while building emotional resilience and self-trust.
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught between competing expectations from family, culture, and personal values. In therapy, we’ll explore the layers beneath stress or self-doubt, connect with what truly matters to you, and make room for healing and growth. I aim to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want to build.
If you are ready for meaningful, reflective, and supportive work, I’m here to walk alongside you.

We are more than conquerors! You already have the capability to make changes that help accomplish your goals, experience healing, and combat the most difficult symptoms. However, we were never meant to go it alone. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership—it is teamwork. It is joining forces with one another. One of the greatest attributes I can offer in this alliance is empathy. Non-judgmental exploration will afford the understanding necessary to determine what is hindering satisfaction. I am Kimberly Jones: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in offering psychotherapy to all ages. My expertise is couple’s therapy encompassing marriage and relationships. You will be provided a safe space to bring your most complex matters as I am confident in supporting honest dialogue. In addition, mediation during difficult discussions and understanding the anatomy of an affair's impact on both partners can also be provided. I would assist in managing the threat of divorce, post-separation, and co-parenting. In the healing pursuit, individuals will experience neutrality, intimacy repair, trust building, improved communication, and conflict resolution. These are all skills necessary to strengthen the relationship and introduce a new way of seeing life together.
I have been a licensed therapist for 19 years. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic relationship is formed in a collaboration between myself and my clients in an environment of mutual acceptance and respect. In addition to my education, training and experience as a therapist I rely on my innate skills as an active listener, my good memory and genuine caring to guide me in my approach to therapy.

There is a way out. Those who come to see me are often at a crossroads, frustrated at how they are trying to deal with problems and seeking workable strategies and solutions to cope. Therapy is meant to be a space to feel welcome to talk about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are problematic. Understanding unhealthy behaviors, frustrations with life, and/or unsuccessful efforts to cope can help reveal the obstacles that may block your path to growth and desired outcomes.
Why do we explore? So you can live a life YOU want to live!

When people are challenged with changes that affect the ability to manage stressors, there comes a time for positive change and support. I am passionate about focusing on the healing process, whether it involves the challenges of exploring maladaptive behaviors or the triggers of trauma. I help my clients to find healthy coping mechanisms and self-autonomy which will lead to positive perceptions. This, in turn, creates personal identification and self-worth, thus creating healthy relationships. There is not one single approach for each individual, so I have trained in different modalities.

I know how challenging it can be to take the first step toward seeking help. As an experienced clinician, I'm here to validate, support, and accompany you through this journey. Together, we will create a personalized plan to help navigate the challenges and foster strength and resilience. (Hago sesiones de terapia en inglés y español).
