Hi there, I’m Dr. O. Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed by worry, or caught in patterns of overthinking—about yourself or your relationships? Do you find it difficult to extend patience and compassion toward yourself? I provide therapy for adults (18 and older) navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward—especially after experiencing significant loss or major life changes. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals rebuild, heal, and reconnect with themselves after difficult experiences, including relationship distress, grief, and family conflict. I believe that you are the expert of your own story. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths, deepening emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your life. Let’s begin.
In our 1st session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
I believe that wellness is obtained through collaboration with my clients to create a personal treatment plan that addresses each client’s unique psychological, cultural, and health needs. My approach is solution-focused, person-centered, and strength-based, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I'm trained in various evidence-based practices, but it is paramount to use the particular therapeutic techniques that best align with each client’s specific needs.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their direction. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who are used to “holding it together” for others, yet find themselves experiencing burnout, self-doubt, or difficulty prioritizing their own needs. I work well with clients who are motivated for growth—even if they feel unsure where to start—and who are open to exploring both practical strategies and deeper patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My clients often come in wanting not just symptom relief, but a clearer sense of self, improved emotional balance, and more fulfilling relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms. I use evidence-based techniques and collaborate with my clients to help them achieve their goals.

Dr. Cee is a wonderful listener, and a proponent of nervous system training which has been helping me immensely. I have benefited from the many grounding tools which she shares, which she has been helpful in her solution-focused way of working together. She is warm, empowering, and authentic. I've enjoyed our sessions, and as a female identifying POC, I find a lot of support in our therapeutic relationship.

Although it is just our first session, I felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Cee. They provided me with helpful solutions for my sleep as well as for my anxiety and rumination. I look forward to having more sessions with Dr. Cee.
