I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) with 6 years of professional work experience. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. Over the past few years, I have had the privilege to support individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, guiding them on their journey of healing and empowerment. I also have experience working with transgender individuals and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community and I am an ally. As an immigrant myself, I enjoy working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and have an understanding of their experience. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will start with introductions to get to know each other a bit so that we can create a safe, comfortable environment. We will go on to explore the specific challenges you are facing in order to create treatment goals for your therapy journey. I want you to leave the first session feeling hopeful and empowered.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach allows me to meet the client where they are at when it comes to opening up in therapy. My goals is to always create a safe space that encourages someone to open up and be vulnerable because I believe that create the best environment for growth and change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients with various different backgrounds and symptoms.
