In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a supportive and collaborative space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify current concerns and goals, and begin gaining clarity around patterns impacting your well-being. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, my role is to listen, guide, and support you as we take the first steps toward meaningful change together.

I utilize a variety of techniques including psychodynamic, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and supportive interventions.
