I work with individuals going through life transitions and unexpected directions in life. I have experience in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused practice. I offer sessions every other week, and my practice includes providing clients with written worksheets for outside of sessions. I also like to work with clients to identify natural supports outside of therapy. My goal is to work as a team with clients to reach goals in a structured way.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session we will each introduce ourselves and talk about our hopes and expectations for sessions. We will then discuss the reason for seeking out support and develop a general plan for next steps.
