With over 9 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life’s most challenging and transformative moments. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to putting clients first by creating a safe, collaborative space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I have extensive expertise in postpartum mental health, women’s issues, and family conflict, and I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths, navigate identity shifts, and build more balanced, fulfilling lives. Whether supporting someone through the emotional complexities of new parenthood, relationship challenges, or burnout, I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique story. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and integrative drawing from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and family systems approaches to create personalized, effective care. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to ensure every client feels supported, seen, and truly understood.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, explain my role as the therapist, explore the clients expectation of therapy, if any. Then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, understanding the history of the challenges and how it was dealt with in the past. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with a wide range of individuals, from children to geriatric, most of my experience has been with women dealing with everyday challenges. You know your life best, I'm just here to help you develop alternative healthy methods of dealing with these challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support women and parents navigating life transitions, especially those experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, identity shifts, or caregiving stress. I work well with clients who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or seeking more balance in their relationships and daily lives. I also specialize in working with individuals experiencing family or relationship conflict, especially when trying to juggle multiple roles such as partner, parent, professional and still find space for themselves. Clients who are open to reflecting, ready for change (even if unsure where to start), and want a collaborative, supportive space tend to thrive in my care.
