Hi I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, received a Graduate Degree from University of Southern California. I have been in practice for over five years. My focus is primary in women's issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, family conflicts, and my goal is to help you become a better version of yourself by also addressing past traumas that may interfering with current level of functioning. My goal is to help you learn about yourself and develop healthy habits to help you cope with life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, explain my role as the therapist, explore the clients expectation of therapy, if any. Then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, understanding the history of the challenges and how it was dealt with in the past. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a wide range of individuals, from children to geriatric, most of my experience has been with women dealing with everyday challenges. You know your life best, I'm just here to help you develop alternative healthy methods of dealing with these challenges.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with all genders specifically women of color, first generation immigrants that are dealing with adjustments in life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life decisions.
