Are you feeling frustrated, "stuck", stressed, or hopeless? This can happen at different points in our lives. There can be challenges, traumatic events, a feeling of loneliness, and hopelessness. Sometimes one needs support during significant transitions in life. Therapy can provide an opportunity to explore your feelings during these times. Finding a therapist who will listen, be supportive, and help guide you toward the path of life you want to lead is important. I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of expertise in providing psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages, couples, and families. In my practice, I help my patients learn about patterns that impact their lives and help them learn how to cope and thrive. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you in this process. If you are ready call me for a free 30-minute consultation to see if I can help you discover a healthy way to belong and enjoy life. I provide services in English and Spanish.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I provide a safe space to help clients feel comfortable to share their thoughts and emotions without judgment from the start of the first session. The clients leave with a sense of safety, finally heard, and that they are making progress on the goals they developed for themselves in therapy. The clients can also expect techniques to help them through the issues that lead them to therapy.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I provide an individualized, collaborative treatment including Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic techniques to help explore the root causes of emotional distress or disconnect within relationships with themselves and others.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is gentle, compassionate, collaborative and direct (with a touch of humor). I enjoy getting to know my clients and have strong therapeutic relationships. I also am fluent in Spanish which helps monolingual bilingual clients to feel free to express themselves in their native language.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, adults, families, and couples.
