New to Grow
I am a relational therapist grounded in person-centered and psychodynamic approaches. Shaped by lived experience, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the therapy relationship, I help clients explore patterns, meaning, and emotional experiences in a safe, collaborative space. I believe healing happens when people feel understood, empowered, and free to grow at their own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that honors resilience, complexity, and the client’s innate capacity for healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space focused on understanding your concerns, your story, and your goals. We’ll move at your pace, build trust, and begin exploring patterns and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strengths as a therapist include deep emotional attunement, authentic presence, and the ability to hold complexity without rushing change. I approach clients with cultural humility and a non-pathologizing lens, creating a safe, collaborative space for reflection, insight, and growth.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with women and mothers navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relational patterns rooted in family-of-origin and cultural experiences. My ideal clients are reflective and open to exploring meaning, attachment, and emotional depth in a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I integrate Person-Centered therapy is grounded in the idea that people heal when they feel deeply understood, accepted, and not judged—which mirrors what often makes therapy feel safe and transformative for clients and therapists alike.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic looks beneath behaviors and diagnoses to unconscious patterns, early attachment, loss, trauma, and relational templates.
