Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I studied Sociology at University of California, Santa Cruz and received my Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have been practicing for 4 years and have mainly worked with adolescents and young adults. I have experience in crisis-intervention, long-term and short term therapy. My approach focuses on gaining personal strength, self-esteem building, and reconnecting with your true self. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I offer a warm, non-judgmental presence, and a holistic perspective that honors you and your life story. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you navigate your journey in therapy. I look forward to working alongside you! Outside of my practice, I enjoy playing guitar, going to concerts, and spending time with my pet rabbit.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My goal in our first session is to help you feel comfortable, supported, heard, and understood. We’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you’re in control of what and how much you talk about. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your experiences, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m warm, honest, and easy to talk to—and that they don’t feel judged or pressured. My goal is to help you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger relationship with yourself, not just to get through the week. I understand the importance of having an extra person in your life that will always view any issues you are facing with unconditional acceptance and empathy.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I’m best positioned to work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want a supportive space to make sense of what’s going on. Many of my clients come in dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I find it helpful to be a source of reassurance and sometimes, the voice within my client's head that everything is going to be okay!
Motivational Interviewing
I work to help navigate self esteem, depressive thoughts, anxiety, through encouraging positive change within your own strength.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize a structured, practical, and collaborative approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and how changing one can affect the others.

I just appreciate her. She validates how I feel and is able to help me navigate through my feelings whether is day to day things like work, and dreading the week to things like looking forward to the weekend or upcoming plans. She also is able to help me navigate through older issues I have slowly tried enduring and I don't really talk about. She is just an outsider looking into my life and it feels nice to not feel like I have to hide anything and just share things how they are. Thank u Keely!!
