I consider myself to be a genuine, kind and understanding clinician. In my opinion, this is the foundation of an effective therapeutic relationship. In addition, I strongly feel that trust, comfort, and honesty are the keys to achieving progress in therapy. Many people have commented on my comforting presence.

Eclectic
Often times, people I've worked with tell me that a single theoretical approach doesn't resonate with them. I believe that utilizing various techniques and theories is the best solution to helping people.

This approach us allows us to explore and get insights from childhood, and how this contributes to your current challenges.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Exploring how your perspective about an experience impacts your emotions is an element of CBT. We can explore your situation, and examine it from various viewpoints, and hopefully discover alternate thoughts about your experience.
