Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters of Arts from the Centenary University and have been practicing for 15 years. I have experience that ranges from working with individuals and families in outpatient settings, adolescents in intensive outpatient, children through intensive in home counseling and most recently providing therapy in school. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and burnout become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with people at various ages and stages throughout their lives for the past 15 years. You will have a safe space to be yourself and learn new skills through measurable goals. I take a realistic approach to change and follow the pace that you set; while also gently addressing patterns or behaviors that might not be serving you and how to make positive changes.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for 15 years. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment for symptoms of anxiety and depression. This treatment method allows us to take a closer look at how your thoughts are impacting your behaviors and how making small changes in the way we think, can have long lasting and positive effects on how we manage stressors. By challenging our irrational thoughts and replacing them with rational thoughts, we can change our behaviors which can improve how we feel and how we interact with others.
