About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters of Arts from the Centenary University and have been practicing for 15 years. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with people at various ages and stages throughout their lives for the past 15 years; you will have a safe space to be yourself and learn new skills through measurable goals. I take a realistic approach to change and follow the pace that you set; while also gently addressing patterns or behaviors that might not be serving you and how to make positive changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with managing the day to day stressors of life that feel all consuming. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life and need help with finding what direction is best for them.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for 15 years. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment for symptoms of anxiety and depression. This treatment method allows us to take a closer look at how your thoughts are impacting your behaviors and how making small changes in the way we think, can have long lasting and positive effects on how we manage stressors. By challenging our irrational thoughts and replacing them with rational thoughts, we can change our behaviors which can improve how we feel and how we interact with others.
