I’m a therapist with 17 years of experience walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of growth. I believe healing happens best in a space that feels safe, genuine, and deeply human, where you are met with compassion and respect exactly as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that each person’s story is unique. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through anxiety, relationships, trauma, and personal change, and I remain continually inspired by people’s resilience and capacity for healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Introductions are most helpful for our first session including hearing your story, goal development, and relationship building. During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you’re invited to show up just as you are. We’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you in, and explore what you’re hoping for—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll listen closely, ask gentle questions, and help you begin to make sense of your experiences without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded, with a sense of what it might be like to work together moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What often stands out about my work as a therapist is the way people feel genuinely seen and understood from the very beginning. I bring a warm, grounded presence that helps clients feel safe enough to be honest, while also staying focused on meaningful change—not just insight, but real shifts in how they feel, relate, and live. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling clearer, more connected to themselves, and better equipped to handle what once felt overwhelming. By blending deep compassion with practical, thoughtful guidance, I help people build lasting progress at a pace that feels supportive and empowering, so growth feels sustainable rather than forced.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

In my work, I use a strength-based approach that centers on the resilience, insight, and capacity for growth each person already carries. Rather than focusing only on what’s wrong, we take time to notice what’s working, what has helped you survive, and the values that guide you. Therapy becomes a collaborative and compassionate space where your strengths are honored and gently expanded, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based therapy to help clients feel safe, understood, and emotionally connected. I believe healing happens within relationships, so I focus on creating a secure, trusting space where we can gently explore patterns shaped by early experiences. Together, we work to build deeper self-compassion, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of emotional security.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a collaborative, compassionate process—one where we gently explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected. Together, we notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck and practice new, more supportive ways of responding to yourself and the world. CBT in my practice isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about building insight, self-trust, and practical tools that help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

In my practice, I use Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) as a way to strengthen the relationship at the heart of a family. I work closely with caregivers to build moments of connection, safety, and joy, helping them feel more confident and attuned to their child’s needs. Through live coaching and gentle guidance, PCIT supports parents in responding with warmth and consistency, so children can feel understood, secure, and supported as they grow.

Compassion Focused

I chose to use compassion therapy in my practice because I believe healing happens most deeply when people feel truly seen, safe, and accepted. Compassion therapy creates a space where clients can meet themselves with kindness rather than judgment, especially in moments of pain or struggle. It allows us to gently explore difficult experiences while building an inner sense of warmth, strength, and connection. At its heart, this approach aligns with my commitment to walk alongside clients with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
