Supporting You Through Stress, Loss, and the Pressure to Hold It All Together. Sometimes life feels like too much, like your mind won’t stop racing, or you’re carrying more than you can handle alone. Maybe you’re grieving or just trying to keep control in a world that is unpredictable. You push yourself hard, holding yourself to impossible standards, and anything less than perfect feels like failure. Or maybe you swing between burning out completely and shutting down. Navigating all of this can feel lonely, which is why having support matters, and why it’s okay to let someone help.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I take a practical, goal-focused approach, using evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I often utilize EMDR, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, so our work is both effective and supportive. I believe in working together and collaborating on strategies that are fitting for your needs. I tend to be straightforward because it helps people make real changes faster, even if it can feel challenging at times. That said, I also make sure sessions are relatable and supportive, so clients feel comfortable sharing honestly.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my core strengths is my ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients, rooted in empathy, active listening, and nonjudgmental presence. I help clients feel seen, safe, and supported, especially in moments of uncertainty, loss, or emotional overwhelm. As a GROW therapist, my approach is deeply strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I focus on guiding individuals toward insight and emotional regulation by helping them understand patterns, build resilience, and identify what truly matters to them. I use techniques through creative expression, and somatic grounding tools to meet clients where they are, primarily late adolescents and young adults navigating complex emotional issues. What sets my work apart is my commitment to helping clients move from survival to growth. I help clients not only cope but reconnect with their inner resources, values, and goals. My outcomes often reflect increased self-awareness, improved communication, emotional regulation, and renewed hope, especially in clients who previously felt stuck or unheard.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I help those who are feeling the weight of stress, perfectionism and control-related struggles. Together we explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck and create space to shift toward clarity, resilience and self-compassion. Whether you're dealing with loss or a lifetime of internal pressure, I offer a nonjudgmental space to slow down, process and heal.
