New to Grow
Hello, I’m Mirandah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals navigating life challenges. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and emotional stress. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthier patterns so they can feel more empowered in their lives and relationships.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain how therapy works and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood as we begin building a plan that supports your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe to open up. I combine evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, collaborative style that allows clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. I help clients build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. My focus is helping clients feel empowered and capable of making meaningful changes in their lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are adolescents or adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their direction. Many struggle with low self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional stress, or life transitions. Some clients are working through difficult experiences or patterns that impact how they see themselves and connect with others. I enjoy helping clients who are open to growth and want to better understand their emotions, build healthier boundaries, and improve their relationships. Together we work toward developing coping skills, confidence, and greater emotional clarity.
