I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who want to strengthen their marriage, improve interpersonal relationships, and navigate challenging family dynamics. Many of my clients come to me feeling misunderstood or unheard by their spouse or family members, and together, we work to improve communication and connection. I also assist individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety and stress—whether related to future uncertainties, social interactions, work-related burnout, or relationship concerns. I create a warm and safe environment where you can gain clarity, develop personalized strategies and build effective coping skills.
In our first session, I’ll ask a variety of questions to get to know you better—your experiences, your current situation, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This helps me understand how I can best support you moving forward. In our next session, we’ll work together to set clear, meaningful goals and identify ways to track your progress. We’ll also explore practical skills and strategies you can use outside of our sessions to help you feel more empowered and on track.
My clients leave each session feeling truly understood, heard, and cared for. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable opening up and exploring your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work to deepen your understanding of your challenges and develop practical, actionable skills that you can use outside of our sessions to help you move forward with confidence.
I work with people who struggle with effective communication in their relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, and finding the assertiveness to stand up for themselves. I also support those feeling overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list, experiencing racing thoughts, or carrying a sense of heaviness. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to help you communicate more confidently, establish healthy boundaries, and find relief from overwhelm so you can feel more balanced and in control.
I utilize CBT to help people change their thought patterns thay are causing them anxiety, conflict in relationships, and poor self-esteem.
I utilize DBT in order to help people with interpersonal effectiveness, communication, emotional regulation, and coping with distressing situations.
I provide a lot of psychoeducation on skills for improving communication in marriage and interpersonal relationships, creating boundaries, improve self-esteem, and ways to reduce anxiety and manage stress in a healthy manner. I also provide psychoeducation on skills to improve productivity, time management, and reduce procrastination.
