I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker. I help adults ease anxiety, rebuild self-trust, and feel safer with their emotions, decisions, and money. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by stress, self-doubt, or the pressure to hold everything together for everyone else. My approach blends compassion, honesty, and practical tools so you can better understand yourself, regulate emotions, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you feel calmer, trust yourself more, and build a life that feels more steady, clear, and aligned with who you are.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is relaxed and paced around you. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what led you to seek support now, and what you hope will feel different in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out. The first session is simply a chance to share your story, ask questions, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with what you need.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can speak openly without feeling judged or rushed. My style is warm, grounded, and practical. I help people understand their emotional patterns, regulate their nervous system, and rebuild trust in themselves. I also bring a unique perspective by integrating emotional and financial well-being, helping clients explore the connection between money, stress, identity, and life decisions. My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or constant pressure to keep everything together. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others but struggle to slow down and care for themselves. They often want to feel calmer, trust their decisions more, and stop being so hard on themselves. Some are also navigating financial stress or the emotional impact money can have on identity, relationships, and self-worth. Together, we focus on understanding your emotional patterns, reducing overwhelm, and helping you build a stronger sense of self-trust so you can move through life with more clarity and confidence.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Together we focus on emotional awareness, values, and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness helps clients slow down and become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and body. I incorporate simple grounding and awareness practices to support emotional regulation and clarity.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps identify unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behavior. I work with clients to develop practical tools to shift thinking patterns and respond to challenges more effectively.

Strength-Based

This approach focuses on identifying and building on the strengths you already have. Together we use those strengths to support growth, resilience, and confidence.

Trauma Informed Care

My approach is trauma-informed, meaning we prioritize emotional safety, pacing, and respect for your experiences. Therapy focuses on building stability, self-understanding, and trust in yourself.
