Trauma Informed Care

After working for over 20 years with youths, young adults, and families, my approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone—regardless of your history or where you are in your journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I provide individual therapy for teens ages 14 and up, adults, and older adults navigating: Complex trauma and PTSD Anxiety, panic Depression, grief Chronic stress and burnout, Life transitions and identity challenges, Somatic symptoms and disconnection from the body.
