New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, serving individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I am also fluent in the English and Spanish language. My work is focused on helping clients gain clarity, self awareness and understanding, emotional balance, and practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives and relationships.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is a calm, supportive conversation where we get to know each other. I’ll listen closely, learn what brings you to therapy, and help you identify goals that feel realistic and meaningful. There’s no pressure—just a safe space to begin.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What sets my work apart is a balanced blend of warmth and structure. I combine humanistic care with practical CBT tools, helping clients feel deeply understood while also gaining clear strategies that lead to real progress and lasting confidence.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves or others—and are ready to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, life transitions, addiction, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, or family challenges, I support clients who want insight, skills, and healthier ways of relating.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because it’s practical, empowering, and gets results. CBT helps clients clearly see how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—so instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, they gain tools to create real change. It’s collaborative and skills-based, which means clients aren’t just talking about problems; they’re learning how to manage them in everyday life. Over time, CBT builds self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence, helping people replace unhelpful patterns with healthier, more compassionate ways of thinking and responding—long after therapy ends.
Couples Counseling
I use couples counseling to help partners feel heard, understood, and reconnected. It creates a safe space to improve communication, heal trust, and strengthen emotional bonds so couples can move forward together with clarity and compassion.
Family Therapy
I use family therapy because challenges rarely exist in isolation. It helps families understand patterns, improve communication, and support one another in healthier ways—turning conflict into connection and teamwork.
Humanistic
I use a humanistic approach because healing happens when people feel genuinely seen and accepted. By honoring each person’s strengths, values, and lived experience, it fosters self-growth, authenticity, and meaningful change.
