I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide therapy exclusively through a secure telehealth platform, allowing clients to access support in a way that is convenient, flexible, and comfortable. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with clients to build practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session we will go over your intake and discuss goals and a course of treatment. We will take time to get to know each other and build a rapport. We will start the first steps to creating an individualized treatment plan designed to provide a framework for your treatment goals.

What sets my work apart is the depth of experience I bring alongside a practical, skills-based approach to healing. With over 20 years in the field, I have worked with a wide range of clients and clinical presentations, which allows me to quickly identify patterns, tailor treatment, and adapt interventions to each individual’s needs. I integrate mindfulness, CBT, and DBT in a way that is both structured and flexible, helping clients gain insight while also developing tools they can use in everyday life. I focus on creating a safe, grounded, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood and supported, especially when working through anxiety, depression, and trauma. My experience has taught me that lasting change happens when evidence-based strategies are combined with compassion, consistency, and respect for each client’s pace

My ideal client is an adult who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma and is ready to better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping. They may feel stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, struggle with emotional regulation, or find it difficult to manage stress, relationships, or life transitions. Many are motivated for change but unsure where to start, and they value a structured yet compassionate approach to therapy. My clients are open to learning practical skills, increasing mindfulness, and engaging in evidence-based work such as CBT and DBT to build resilience, emotional balance, and a greater sense of control in their lives. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Helping clients to identify irrational thoughts and how they are related to their emotions and behaviors and how to manage them
Couples Counseling
Teaching couples positive communiction skills and how to recognize and fulfill each others desires
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Helping clients identify Distress tolearance skills and how to apply them in the moment to decrease anxiety and stress.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I utilize a holistic approach when warrented to help manage a client's emotions and stress. I teach them how to utlize strategies such as deep breathing, meditation, sound bath therapy Reike and Visualization/imagery.
Trauma Informed Care
I am certified in Trauma informed therapy. i utilize various techniques to help clients recognize their triggers and help them to manage their emotions. We will work with strategies such as trauma narratives, mindfulness based therapy, CBT and DBT.
